Update, management reached out and is attempting to make things right. May update again. *Staff was too busy dancing to toast/butter a bagel. After letting my coffee sit for 30 minutes without our food we left.
They NEVER have the doughnuts you want the person taking your order is beyond rude and needs to go find another job you gotta pay for extra caramel which is fine but you never get the extra caramel!!! Idk what the what but they need to get it together. There's one girl Mary, who is sweet kind and patient but I'm 99.99999% sure that she's the only one. And I go there about 3 times a week.... Smh.

This Dunkin is the one that gets our order right most often. We go out of our way to go to this location. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The food is yummy Dunkin. The interior is always clean.
