Decided to stop in for breakfast and everyone was so nice and polite! So helpful since it was our first time here, they gave us recommendations and were incredibly nice the entire time! Will definitely be back!
The bagel sandwiches are always so good and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is pleased. One young man even showed me if my bagel was too toasted for my liking! Wonderful service! The gal at the cash register is always so nice too. I’m so glad a bagel place finally opened in Suffolk!Parking: Only a few spots so it can be a bit hairy to find parking sometimes

Never ever been to one before. Thr cashier was super nice but rang my order wrong she combined the person before me with mine. Then when they figured it out and fixed it the manager was condescending and made my bagel super fast for me ... well forgot the egg on it and it was gross I couldn't eat it. Also several folks just walked out.
