I have been here 4 times in last 50 days First time food was ok second time food was great last time food was bad and today I was asked if I wanted a pickle but not what size sub I wanted so I thought it would default to large I order 2 subs so I wasn’t able to tell from price I pray it taste better than last time cus it’s not starting off good the same way y’all ask About pickles and bread ask what size sub in the future

I placed my order online and my hook and ladder sub was ready when promised. The sub had a good portions of meat, veggies, and spreads. The meats were hot the toll nice and toasted. Also, I didn't catch her name, but the lady behind the counter was very friendly. The men's bathroom was very clean.

They have a gluten free bread option. They do ask if it's an allergy or preference. My wife appreciates that this question is asked when we are in our hometown. This location was clean and I felt that the staff was very well mannered. I look forward to visiting again.

Poor customer service from the manager. I visited this location around 4 times prior and had great customer service. I cancelled my order on this occasion, and took my money to another restaurant.

Don’t like to write bad reviews but the last few times we have ordered from here the staff is horrible and arguing with each other, clearly doesn’t want to be there. We place our order through the app because they complain if they have to answer the phone. The app said it would be ready by a certain time and it’s never ready. We will not be back until the owner gets a handle on the staff.Parking: The parking lot is horrible to get in and out of.
