On Friday, April 5th, my family and I stopped at Hardee's.This has been my worst experience at any fast food chain restaurant that I've ever encountered.I made an order to purchase an 8 piece chicken meal with biscuits. Since I was driving there was little time to inspect the order before I left. I fed my children a "leg" and a "thigh." Once I reached my destination , I realized that there weren't any "breasts" in the chicken box.I then made a call to the restaurant to let them know about the error that has occurred. As well as my kids already had chicken out the box. I was told to come back to receive a new order of chicken. Once I returned, I was rudely denied the new order of chicken as well as a refund. He called me a lair. In fact, the store manager slammed the window shut and yelled out, " TALK TO MY GM TOMORROW."I went inside of the store to threaten to call the police if not given a refund for this disservice. The other female employees on duty tried to come around to the other side of the counter to attack me as I was walking out.As I was leaving the store manager was hanging outside of the window taking pictures of my license plate. Also by the time I made it to the stop light another employee walked behind my vehicle to again to take pictures. I do not know the reason for this and I feel threatened.

I've never witnessed this kind of incompetence! Closing is at 9pm. At 7:39, at the drive thru, teller stops me twice in the middle of my order with "one moment"... and never comes back. So I go inside to place my order. Four (4) children employees, including the so called manager, are standing around chatting in the prep area, but I'm told there's not enough food to make my order. It takes 4 minutes for the employee to scoop up the 'backup' greens, and it's still not enough to fill the container. Then, in the entire restaurant, there are only 2 biscuits available and a 25 minute wait for the next batch. There is NO WAY this 'manager' is in any way qualified to run this store or manage this crew.. nor whoever made him manager.

Have not ste there in years, since they got rid of roast beef sandwich. Breakfast is great, and sandwiches are getting better. French fries are now great!

Ordered a burger at 1058am. (Lunch just started) burger was completely cold. Apple turn over was stale at least several days old. Prices keep going up and quality keeps going down. Usually avoid this location because of similar experience in the past. Regret giving them another chance. Waste of money. Wolnt go back.

Got the chicken strips because their my fav, the ones i recieved were very , (very) small, skinng and werent plump and juicy like ive gotten at other locations. This was a first visit to suffolk va so i was disappointed.
