Hello I hope all is wMy name is E have been a customer of IHOP for more than 20 years. I use to love coming to the IHOP on college drive once a week. You would get a smiling face that would greet you even if you had to wait a little. You would have someone say to you we will be right with you. However now you stand in front by the counter or even by the please wait to be seated sigh and waiters and waitress will just look at you. No one says hello I come many times as a dasher now and have seen more that 20 different couples walk out the door. I have unassigned many orders because you just can not get help. I have had to walk to the kitchen door to get someone to come and assist myself and others at the front. I understand busy because I have worked in this industry before. However IHOP on college drive is no longer a place I can tell anyone about because just the plan acknowledgment of hello is no longer a key principle there.Sent from my TCL 20 XE

Service was very slow, not the servers fault because they only had 1 person working. The bench in the waiting area is still broken after I would guess a good year.

I was waiting for someone to show up to the counter for a long
Took the kids to see the new Wonka and wanted to end it on purple Wonka pancakes. We walked in and were half greeted by someone who sounded like she had just woken up and when we looked through the entryway you saw filth and trash and dishes piled!The floor was disgusting. Like under all of the tables. Dirty plates stacked 10 or more high in piles. It was so unappetizing. We turned around and walked out without being sat. I can only imagine how the kitchen looks if the dining room that everyone can see looks like this.

My server jennay was awesome! Came in having a crazy day asked her if she had anything to match a crazy day and she suggested a dreamy lemonade and a cheesecake waffle needless say neither would I have picked on my own but now I will be back and pick them both on my own thanks jennay it Def was the perfect crazy breakfast for the crazy kind of day I was having!

Sat there and waited an extra 20 minutes while they told me my food wasn't ready. When I finally got my food, it was cold. They clearly forgot about it and had it sitting there for awhile.
