I went in, in person, and gave my order. Still got it wrong and rang it up incorrectly to boot. Order taker was Herry. Order was supposed to be #12 add peppers, oil and vinegar, and oregano. Rung up and built as #12 add cucumber (which I didn't even get extra of), peppers, and 'sauce'

Placed my mobile order at 1128 this morning and I called the store at 1158 to confirm my order and check the status. The worker who answered stated he was about to leave with three orders and mine was to be the first order to be delivered. At 1330 I called store only to be hung up on and I never did receive my order. If you like giving money away without receiving a product this place is for you!EDIT: I have already shared feedback through the survey sent to me following the “completion of my order” and filed a complaint via the website and have yet to be contacted to remedy the situation.EDIT: I have still yet to be contacted and receive a refund for product I did not receive.

Do not waste your time here I ordered a turkey wrap and it came with basically zero turkey might as well just call it a lettuce wrap.Edit. Nice reply bozo, If I dig more?? I didn't even get any, what was my weight 1 gram? Eye spy meat in that photo. This why subway is better

Ordered two sandwiches and both were wrong. One I asked for no onions and tomato’s with extra cheese. It didn’t have extra cheese and had both onions and tomato’s on it. Paid an extra dollar for the extra I didn’t get. The other sandwich I asked for extra meat and cheese and it had neither. Paid an extra two dollars for that which I didn’t receive.

Unsanitary bathroom after my three year old son and I used after an employee left the bathroom. Toilet wasn’t flushed and the employee left …. I already emailed customer service about what I saw in the toilet.Vegetarian options: Taste good

Sat at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes for someone to say just a second twice. Then, in taking my order, they couldn't get that right. Finally, I pull around and have one car in front of me that clearly is having issues with their order. I sit there another 15 minutes before deciding to just go somewhere else. This location has been less than since opening. Freaky slow instead of freaky fast.

We decided to stop for a quick drive thru lunch, and it was anything but quick. We awkwardly sat at the drive-thru, waiting over 10 minutes as cars started to pile up behind us. We had only ordered 2 sandwiches (ham and cheese, and an Italian) there was only one customer inside.How do I know that?? Because the gentleman at the window finally tossed a sandwich in our bag and said, "Have a good day." As I pulled away, the bag felt extremely light, looked, and one sandwich. I had to park and go back into the store. The Italian had never been made. At first, he stated I only ordered the #1.As I'm standing there waiting for the sandwich and observing the workers, I notice the lettuce and its absolute shade of brown being piled onto sandwiches. If I'm at home , may push my lettuce an extra day. If I'm paying $21 for 2 sandwiches, I expect fresh. The slogan is "gourmet sandwiches." Not here's our leftover lettuce from 2 days ago. Highly disappointed at both quality and service received.

The lady at the register was nice. The sandwich was 90% wrong. The only thing right was the meat n cheese. Lady making sandwich did understand english. I asked for extra peppers and got three, yes (3) tiny slices. Asked for wheat bread, I got a huge white bread thing. So little meat was all bread.Parking: JJ's was so slow parking was not an issue.

This location is listed on DoorDash but when my coworker placed an order for us. It didn’t show up and after 40mins we tried to call the store, and the phone number doesn’t work! She had to go to the store and had them make the original order! No one from the store called her to say there wasn’t anyone available to deliver. There was no communication whatsoever! It was total BS!
