Husband is not eating carbs and ordered two burger patties with cheese only. The bill comes out and he's been charged for a cheeseburger MEAL (mind you he never got a side) PLUS a 2nd patty. Ask waitress (who has been awesome) about the issue - she says the manager told her she HAS to charge it that way. We ask to speak to the manager Samantha and she was beyond UNPROFESSIONAL. Says she won't fix it and it's something we'd have to take up with corporate. We are a family of 8 and have spent 1000s of dollars at this location, but tonight's service will make it our last. Totally ridiculous behavior on her part! And when we asked if we could talk with someone else she said we can get her manager's info off the front door. So tomorrow morning I'll be calling Lenny Buccellato and will update this post once we get his response. For now, you are better off spending your money elsewhere.

Kickback Jack's - I love dating the name! So we went on a Saturday evening; now, those of you who have been following my reviews know I don't go to restaurants when they are busy, but I ended up here anyway cause I was hungry, tired, and wanted to watch the NBA playoffs. So there is a severed to seat you. The restaurant is vast, with TV monitors all around the room. There is a separate section for smokers, which I thought was cool cause what's a sports bar if you can smoke? There is table service, and we had an excellent server. The menu options are appetizers, bar food, and main dishes. Are you looking for something on the lighter side or vegan? You also have a few of those. There is a full bar and various beers (bottle or tap), wines, hard ciders, and Coke and Pepsi products--plenty of seating in the bar area. Then, there is the smoker's section; it is closed off to contain the smoke. There is also a full bar inside there. More places need to start doing this and stop discriminating against smokers. I don't smoke but will have a good cigar on occasion. Now, back to the food. I had a ribeye and ribs combo with some shrimp. That combo is available in many options, including chicken tenders, sirloin streaks, and shrimp. Speaking of shrimp, it was a big letdown. They served me some bland popcorn shrimp that looked like it came out of the freezer section at Food Lion. I guess the atmosphere and the availability of smokers did it for me (no, I don't smoke). It is a great sports bar. I will be back. Happy Yelping!

Practically empty restaurant manager refused to seat a party of 7 adults and 2 children together, offer splitting us up but not near each other and add 18% gratuity to our bill. What??? At that point we are not a party and the restaurant is empty. So they chose to loose about $200 or more with not even an I'm sorry. Three from out of town, everyone else lives within 5 minutes and ate here regularly prior to this! Oh well. Customer service pays your staff Kick Back! I'm will look for your closed doors next time I visit the area! You won't last with this kind of service.

I have medical issues and I have limitation on the amount of food that I am able to eat. I requested kids cheese burger and I was denied by the manager "owner don't allowed it" that is my handicap and it was not recognized by the establishment and I was denied.

Today was our first time patronizing and don't think we will be back. Our waitress was awful. We would ask her for something and she would completely forget about us. First we asked for a straw that she forgot to bring back and we had to ask a random waitress to please get us one. Then my husband and son asked for a refill and she completely forgot about it. Then we brought it up she had the nerve to get a attitude and say well I have a lot of tables. Huh? All she had to do was apologize for forgetting and go get it but nope. Tried to make us feel bad for letting her know she forgot. Morgan I really hope you see this and understand that your tip is based off of service and that's why yours was very low. We are great tippers and understand servers make most of their money from tips. But please understand customers shouldn't be treated like a burden.

Went around 4:30 on Sunday afternoon. Had a 20 minute wait. Dining room looked to be at 50% capacity...if that.Not enough servers? Server was attentive and food was delicious. I'm not sure how I feel about 2 armed security whole I'm dining at a neighborhood restaurant ?

Great food and the service was fast. Our server was polite and efficient. It's our go to place when we want to watch any big sporting eventKid-friendliness: My kids are older now but I did notice a kids menu and it had a number of selections.
First visit and definitely enjoyed the food and atmosphere, there is a smoking ? section for those who smoke, flat screens posted just about everywhere to enjoy entertainment.

Pretty Good Lunch. Wings were Good. Flatbread Pizza was Good. Definitely would Visit again if in the Area.
Ordered via Doordash. First time try and glad we did! Everything was absolutely mouthwatering and seasoned to perfection! We got the steak and ribs combo, and that's definitely a go to. Decent size proportions, packaged with care for delivery, and no complaints on anything. If you guys have not checked them out, you should its definitely worth it. Good job guys!
