Good pizza. However, their greeting says they offer curbside service for Covid safety but when you ask for it they refuse. Ok. I’m good with that if it’s their policy. BUT how about changing your OUTDATED greeting and next time you tell someone you won’t bring their pizza, apologize for the false statement. Younguns are the rudest these days. But I will say the guy who gave me my pizza was very nice.

Both times we have ordered delivery with an estimated time of delivery being a half hour. The first time it arrived almost 45 minutes late and cold, we thought this may be a one-off. The second time March 27th, 2024) it arrived an hour and 15 minutes late (placed the order at 5:10pm, and it arrived at 6:55 pm). We called to ask about the time frame of delivery and the employee was no help at all only that the delivery person took 4 orders to deliver, and they could not give an estimated time or that it would even arrive warm, and of course it did arrive cold.This location either needs new delivery drivers, or not have one driver take so many orders so that the food doesn’t arrive an hour and 15 minutes late and cold. Completely unacceptable.If you order from this location, I HIGHLY recommend you do not order delivery.

Food is always great but the only thing that’s disappointing is their wait time. People order in advance so they don’t have to but we still wait a long time. With how busy this place gets they should hire more people instead of putting this on two people.

Took an hour to get my pizzas that were supposed to be ready at 5:30 last night. When I got them they were cold. I Called the store in Harbourview, Suffolk va and I spoke to the same employee who took my order and was very rude once again as she was when taking my order and once I picked up my order . At my request,however, he did issue a refund I never received and didn’t even offer to remake my food . This is so sad !!!This is a follow up to the original review. I never received the refund that was offered and my food was not remade

Ordered on the app the past two Fridays to take advantage of the 2 mediums, cheesy bread, and 2 liter for 21.50. You cant beat that deal. Everything tasted great. Probably the best of the chain pizza joints. I ordered pickup both times.
