Lemonade machine was down, she instantly said “no lemonade or tea total $9.50” she did not give me the opportunity to even say another drink or nothing! Whoever pissed in her cereal need to say sorry. All I wanted was lemonade lmaoo! Andddd they forgot my friessss!

Literally this McDonald’s is the worse McDonald’s I EVER BEEN TO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS SPECIFIC MCDONALDS. THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE WORKING, THE EMPLOYEES ARE DEFINITELY SLOW & PLAYING EVERY TIME I COME IN TO THIS MCDONALDS THE DRIVE THRU LINE IS LONG AND IM BEING TOLD TO PULL INTO A SPOT AND THEN IT TAKE 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR FOR MY FOOD TO BE BROUGHT TO MY CAR. IVE WAITED SO LONG I GOT OUT OF MY CAR TO NOT BE SERVED.

The service there was very poor to say the least. The staff did not want 2 assist me at all. The young lady came to the register and referred me to the do it yourself order register. After that didn't work I finally got someone to assist me. I ordered the #5 2 Coca-Cola slushy and a large fries. Now 2 my understanding a drink comes with the combo#5. But I didn't get that. Due to me having to wait 15 to maybe 20mins 4 my order, I received my incomplete order. I left because I felt I been there long enough already I was just ready to go. But once I got in my vehicle to go to my destination I started to eat my fries. I just knew that they would be hot once I had to wait 15 mins 4 my order. But I was wrong again. My fries and my McNuggets were lute warm a step from being flat out cold. This was not a good experience.

Me and my daughter came here and we had to order on the kiosk my daughter had a special meal and wanted to have some Mac Sause on her kids meal. We talked to a employee and she said that she would make is personally. We waited for about 10 minutes when our food came out when we were about to leave we saw the employee say "where are my fries who is working at the fry station". when we got home she looked at her burger and there was no Mac Sauce.Also the floors were very slippery when we were ordering our food on the kiosk my daughter almost slipped to the floor and she was wearing boots. She had to hold onto the wall so she would not fall. l would definitely not come back to the place ever again. Even though it is close by.

Ms. Sharon at the drive thru she was sooooo nice and always helpful from yesterday about the mobile app not sure what was wrong with the app but she help me soooo much and I really appreciate her a lot she always sweet and nice! Love her lol please give this women a
TLDR; terrible service and zero accountabilityAbsolutely abysmal!!! We ordered through the app at 3:30pm and went inside to not be greeted or see our order on screen for a few minutes.10 minutes go by and our order finally showed up on screen. At around 3:50 we never got our order so we decided to sit down and chat, followed by multiple doordashers coming in and never getting their Doordarshan order.An hour goes by its 4:30 and never gotten our order on top of never being acknowledged but got constant eyes laid on us. Also our friend works at that same McDonald's but he had to clock in so he left to go change. I told him if he comes back to relay our order and when he did they never caredAt this time 2hrs go by and we finally got acknowledged and when we told them our order ANOTHER WORKER SAID "oh you threw that away" so that tells me she knew about our order and never said anything until now. I was furious and confused on how you throw our food away without yelling out the order number.So they finally do a reorder and proceeded to get a half order. Same guy who threw it away told us to take what we got. We forced him to get the restNever coming back and I don't recommend anyone to go there

Food was rough. Fries cold, milkshakes weren’t really full, quarter pounders were COVERED in mustard, for 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru. Worst Mcdonalds ive been to in awhile… just so happens to be the only one close.
