Yesterday I visited your Chesapeake,Va location. It was my son’s 10th birthday and he came to pick out his cake, miss Mary made him feel so special. She sing him happy birthday, took our order and hooked my baby up with a free mini lemon Bundt cake. Not only was the customer awesome the cake was amazing. Let me tell you something right now and let me tell you loud and clear, me and my wife are not big fans of cakes, we consider ourselves to be more of ice cream lovers than anything else. A $5 pint of the best ice cream you could find or $5 mini bundt cake from this store, I'll take the bundt cake every time. I finish this cake literally 10 seconds ago and I cannot think of any other dessert that I would have rather had. Pick up a cake, put it in your fridge, set it out for 5 minutes after dinner, and enjoy.

Cakes are good, but good luck getting a fork to eat it with. They said they "don't give out utensils anymore because of COVID." Which is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. How does not giving the customer a one-time-use plastic fork prevent the spread of COVID? COVID is over and it's tiresome hearing that they still use it as an excuse for stupid policies. You sell single serve cakes. Give me a damn fork.
