First time here. We picked up a catering order. Everything was fresh and hot!! Orange chicken was amazing as was everything else. Very impressed. Staff was friendly and professional. I found a new place to go to periodically!

The food was delicious. The young lady Alexis in the front was very helpful. She offered to get me a fresh batch of honey walnut. I was told I can do half and half for the sides I never new. And helped me up with the Panda app. I’ll come back and use that discount

The last 3 times I've come to this location to pickup an online order, I've had to pull around to the front and wait for my order. Each time it was only 2 plates. What's the point of ordering ahead if it's not gonna be ready when I get there? It would've been faster if I'd just pulled up and ordered like the other cars. ??♀️The first time it happened, the food was all dried out, the second time, the food was fresh and amazing, guess I'll have to wait and see how the food is today.

It had been a good two years since I had been here. We came all the way up here from downtown Suffolk and was not impressed. I don't think we were greeted when we walked in and there was hardly any food on display. Most of the bowls were empty. I got the bigger pate with white rice. I really wanted Kung Pao chicken but that was all out. I got orange chicken and Beijing beef. The chicken teriyaki was all out so I told them I'd come back for it. I paid and went and sat down. I opened up my tray and the white rice looked strange. It looked extra puffy. Tried it and it was warm and dry. Not what I was used to. The Beijing beef and orange chicken were decent though. Went and got my chicken teriyaki when I saw it come out. Didn't see the sauce out on display but I asked for some anyways. I was handed a packet of teriyaki sauce. The strange rice kind of ruined the meal. I don't know if it's a new kind of rice or if it's cooked differently or what. The place was clean though and beverage station was fully stocked.

I have gone here multiple times. The service has always been fast with nice welcoming staff (both in store and drive through). The food is good for the price and the store is always clean. Great location for work friendly lunch spot. Good portion sizes as well.

Not good. Panda Express is a common go-to fast food chain for me when I'm traveling. Figured I'd give this one a shot in spite of the numerous negative reviews (I gave them the benefit of the doubt, considering many reviews were old). Poor decision. While I don't expect a fine dining experience or top shelf food, this is easily the worst Panda Express I've ever eaten at. Dirty inside, food was nearly cold, and chow mein noodles were just nasty...not sure what they do differently at this particular location, but this was a nearly inedible meal for me. Wish I had better things to say and hate leaving negative reviews, but this was a huge dud for me.

Great food, it is generally cooked fresh and you are served quickly. The quality of the food is always consistently good. The atmosphere is good and the restaurant is always clean when I've gone there. If you have three or more people, it's usually less expensive to get the $35 family meal than individual meals.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly.
