Sunday April 7th my family and I purchased lunch ( keep in mind this was the only food we all had up until 12). Here is what we ordered: strawberry and banana smoothie, green tea, broccoli and cheddar soup, and a bravo club.This was around 1230. By seven my wife was stricken with symptoms of food poison ?. Then by 12am the next day my daughter was stricken with the same symptoms ?. I'm not sure what happened this day but the food damn near killed my family's insides.. I wanted to call and tell the restaurant but all that would of resulted in is more food and NO THANKS! Never again will we eat at this Panera Bread in Suffolk VA

I love panera but lord has it gotten super slow in the drivethru... I don't if it's new workers or what but drive thru is suppose to be fast and they will have you sitting for a while in That line... actually made me late for work one time I waited so long...

The food, in my opinion, definitely misses the mark. The soup is usually delicious, and I love the bread, but otherwise, it's more like glorified high-priced fast food. It's just not a place I think that's worth it. The prices are ridiculous for what they're offering, again, in my opinion.

I ordered the caprese melt and this is what I got! I paid over $12 for bread smh never again. I ordered the same sandwich at a different location and it did not look like this.

Ordered a take out chicken saladSandwich. It was the worst looking sandwich ever, & only had chicken on one half of the sandwich. I did call the manager to let him know. But I did not want another sandwich. It had too many red onions on it- NO Balance! And extremely cold & messy!! Not satisfying at all. So disappointing.

Ordered 2 salads. 1 salad had ice frozen to the lettuce, and avocado was turning brown, 2nd salad was ordered without the pickled onion but found a few throughout the salad along with a ton of romaine ends. I usually have very good salads but was rather disappointed this time.
I was very busy for lunchtime, but it was moving.Vegetarian options: Need a few more options.

Great place for soups, salads, and sandwhiches. I have never had anything here i didn't like. There Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwhich is sooooo good!!! And they have a delicious bakery for fresh bread and pastries.

They did not try to take me out with the killer lemonade, so I appreciate that. Generally a well run Panera. Also, very generous with the cheese on their grilled cheese sandwich at the location.

When I walked in, there was no one at the counter to take my order. When I got my food, my sandwich was cold when it supposed to have been warm or hot so I had to warm my own sandwich. There was not enough dressing on my salad, and when I went to the counter, asked for salad dressing, she gave me one that was leaking, you’re really not paying attention to their orders and customer service is not what it used to be.
