Been going to this location for 15 years. Never had a issue. Food is always good. Normally great customer service. But I encountered a very rude, unprofessional cashier. She also had the nerve to be rude and very unprofessional in front of the assistant manager. I don’t know where the other people that was there before. But they need to hire someone that actually wants to be at work, and that’s not rude. I did tell the assistant that I was definitely going to do the survey. The manager apologized to me and said that she was going to talk to her. That’s wasn’t good enough for me. Would not be returning to this store.

I miss this place so very much.. There was the sweetest girl that waited on us.. I think she might have been the manager.. I miss her too.. Wish I knew her name.. My grandbabies Miss the Pizza Hut buffet on Monday.. This was one of our family traditions!! Thank you for bringing joy in our lives.. Good times Yall!!! The best of times!!!

When I walked in to pick up my pizza, neither of the 2 employees at the register spoke or even acknowledged me. When a man walked in after me, the girl immediately greeted him and asked how to help him. She gave his pizza to him and turned and walked away, never offering to help me. The young man finally asked how he could help me. I got my pizzas and they were good but I really doubt I will return to that location. I have never seen that girl before so I know I have not done anything to her, I can only assume she found offense with me because I was not the same race as her .

My pizza was soggy, disintegrating, and almost completely inedible. I tried to pick up a slice and my fingers went straight through it as it mushed in my hands. It was a big soupy mess, and it was gross. I contacted Pizza Hut to ask for a refund and requested that the store contact me via email and issue the refund, and they referred me to the store, and I have yet to get an email response after 3+ weeks. I used to work in a Pizza restaurant, and there is no good reason to serve someone such a mess like this... this is laziness and apathy towards customer satisfaction... My order was also 15 minutes later than promised. Go elsewhere if possible.

Chicago style pizza was ok. Needed more cheese. The dough was pretty flat. Prices are kind of high.
They were there and took our order but I got confused on their app on my phone. Got what I wanted and paid a decent price. We'll be going back.
