68 dollars for 2 meatlovers trash chain pizza. I mean, why? Next door is atlas 44 dollars same price. Not a chain and better pizza. Pizza hut is officially off my list of any consideration for pizza EVER.

I’ve tried to order from here multiple times and each time the pizza is either wrong or just extremely poor quality. But our last visit is definitely the last attempt, when I go to pick up a pizza I really don’t want to be harassed by someone’s children running around the place. Guess that explains why you can’t follow an order and make pizza properly though since your running a daycare and not a Pizza Hut apparently

So my frustration with places has come over 3 visits. The first time I came I ordered three 6pc wings which is like $30 something dollars, very over priced and the container the filled to the brim with sauce to the point my wings were literally floating. So I called got my order replaced and that order was fine, wings were evenly coated with sauce and there was some in the container. I go there last night letting the cook know please don't drench the wings in sauce. So I get my order there's literally no sauce at all she said she used 1 scoop the required amount. So which one is it do my wings either get so much sauce the container is about to spill over, or is do they barely get any sauce to the point I got to go back in and get another sauce cup. It's frustrating because no I don't want to complain but $22 for 12 wings is ridiculous and then you get your wings made however the cook feels at that moment.

Rude customer service! Just called to order and she hung up the phone on me and I wasn’t finished ordering! So called back and canceled my order. First time and definitely last time.
I order from this location often, but the service is horrible. The manager hung up in my face and refused to fix my order when they delivered pizza with the wrong toppings. When I tried to call back, he refused to answer the phone, and wouldn’t refund my money. My husband ended up having to leave work to go to the location to get a refund on the order. Tonight, my order took over an hour for delivery. I did not order contactless delivery, yet the driver didn’t ring the doorBell. The driver left my order on the dirty ground. My pizza was barely warm, and the toppings were dry. They forgot my 2 liter Starry, which is why they probably didn’t ring the doorbell, and just left an incomplete order. I didn’t receive a copy of my receipt either. I attempted to call the restaurant 3 times, but there was no answer. So I guess Pizza Hut is tipping themselves with the money for my Starry. Just terrible service!!!! If they mess up your order, or don’t want to deal with you, the staff will just ignore your calls. I’m not doing anymore business at this location. I can’t believe this is the “standard” at Pizza Hut.

After specifically asking for a 5:30 pm delivery, the pizza arrived at 6:25 pm. The driver (DoorDash) called me because they were insisting another driver had delivered my order. No, they had not. She fought for my pizza for us! When it arrived, the receipt showed the order we had placed, but the pizza in the box was very different. We ate it anyway because it was so late at night and we were hungry.The driver also mentioned what a disorganized mess the store was and how many other drivers were getting confusing reports also.This is not the first time this sort of snafu has happened with this store, but it will be the last Time!
