Would not recommend. Ask for medium burgers and got extra rare. I don't send back food, so just payed the bill for them to throw away the food. Wonder why all the chain restaurants are going out of business.

We came in at 3:45pm. The left and center of the restaurant were packed. And i asked for a booth right at the door. I was told that section wasn't open yet. ( so the entire right wasn't open) they stuck us beside a huge Loud party. We couldn't even have a conversation for them.We weren't waited on till 4:10. Our drinks came out pretty quick. Im a rewards member so we did a buy 1 get 1 meal. Our friend did the $8.99 salad bar on Saturday. Food was good. But the waitress mess up our 2 checks. Added them together took my coupon used it on salad. I showed her the Saturday sale on Salads before 4pm. She said she couldn't honor it. I was like you didn't say that over an hour ago. Also went on to say she used my coupon to the salad couldn't reuse it for our ticket. I got so aggervated i just paid and left. I had no choice she left the ticket and table check out machine and never came back. This is usually my favorite place to come. Not sure when I'll be back.

We were placed in a pack section where I was unable to even get up if i wanted to. Our server Jason was unbelievably rude to us he would ignore us when we called for him. I’m not sure why he started treating us like that but we had to ask for a manager to get him to even stop at our table. At the end of the meal he threw the receipt at me and then said try to have a good night. I am highly disappointed with my service.

Food and service were excellent. We had an attentive waiter, Jason, who made sure the food was cooked the way we liked. We’ve eaten at other restaurants in Suffolk recently, and Ruby Tuesdays was the best!
It's been awhile since I've been here. The salad bar is still awesome but the food is so so. Even though they have a new menu the prices of the food has gone up but the quantity has gone down. My son had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and when it arrived at the table I was shocked. The bun and the chicken breast was very small. The bun was so small it made the small chicken breast look big. Popeyes chicken sandwich is 50 percent bigger than what he received. And the 16 French fries. Yes 16, we counted them was just crazy. I'm a retired cook and I guess everything was about 2 or 3 ounces. I will need a little more then that for the money I paid.

The service was very friendly and atmosphere festive. However, the food came out cold. They were busy, and we were on a time limit, so we didn’t pursue it with management. Disappointed.
