Would've given a real rating in food if I ever get it... 45 mins and counting... Received food very late, it was so unorganized they brought my daughters food out twice which was nothing more than box mac and cheese, my fried shrimp didn't even look like shrimp, they looked like they came out of a Gordon's box. Also my steak was undercooked when asked for medium it was more rare and it would be easy for a cook to do that based on how thin the cut of meat is. I got mashed potatoes instead of the fries that all came with the Saturday special. The server had really no clue because he copied it from the app I showed him and he seemed really new with no training. He never expressed anything about the food being late till I asked 45 mins later, he never came by for refills of drinks, he never asked how the food was either. He didn't know what beers was on tapped because twice I chose and then on the second one he said the taps were broken and he gave me a bottle instead which was fine but when I initiated asking for another he said they had no more cold beers, he could bring me a warm one in a iced glass.At least my wife's meal was cooked really well and she enjoyed it and the food was at least hot. That's the best I can say for this location.

I used to love going to Ruby Tuesday's but tonight was horrible for the food experience. The service was great. The hostess was so friendly and the waitress was good. The poor waitress was the only waitress working so I give her 5 stars for working hard by herself. But you go to a restaurant for food. I ordered the new calamari....it was horrible. They should just take it off the menu until they can afford to get quality seafood. The only menu item that was decent was the salad bar. My mother got the chicken and they were dry and hard mostly breading. My sister got the smash burger and it was also not that good. Ruby Tuesday's needs to figure something out quick. I appreciate the great service we received but the food needs a lot of work.

I had a very bad experience at this location. Initially, the service with the waitress and manager was wonderful when I first walked in. However, after I picked up my utensils, the fork and knife were not clean at all—they were so dirty. I asked the waitress for another set, but unfortunately, the replacement was also dirty. Additionally, I ordered pasta, and it turned out to be very watery. Thankfully, the manager was kind enough to offer me the option to switch to their best burger. While the burger was okay, the overall experience was still disappointing.

Got home after doing a pickup order 15 minutes later. Open my food only to realize that I don’t have my whole order. Drove back 15 minutes only to be told they was wondering Who’s food was that left in the back. They offered to give it to me . REALLY ? No thank you ❗️ can I have everything made over please. No extra

What a great experience today. The service was phenomenal! The food came out fast. Prices were reasonable as always. The salad bar looked so fresh and was well stocked! Quiet atmosphere to dine in after church. Bravo!

Went today and was told there was a 15 minute wait. That turned into a 45 minute wait and some one came in and was seated right away by the manager . When confronted about this we told her we been waiting 45 minutes and she disappeared and went to the kitchen. On top of that apparently there where no servers because the bartender came to take our order. We ended up leaving and the hostess apologized. So I guess the manager doesn't care. At least the bartender and hostess tried, that was the only positive. We will 100% not be coming back. We went across the street to Applebee's and the parking lot was just as full and we were seated immediately and in 5 minutes our server was taking our order and there was a 20 person table and we still got quick service. Looks like all the servers at Ruby Tuesday left to work at Applebee's.
