Extremely friendly workers, but slow service. Seemed like they were short staffed last night.

This establishment should not be allowed to continue to operate. The last time I walked in I immediately left. Nearly every surface was covered a a thick layer of dust and mold. The floors were sticky and filthy as well. I can only assume the food quality is reflected in the general upkeep of the building itself.Do yourself a favor and never visit this place unless you like to gamble with your health.

Sorta hidden and now I wish I hadn’t found it. The food was decent, service was very good. A $23 meal lacked flavor, the yum yum sauce was as thin as water, the rice was incredibly soaked in soy sauce.Hopefully your visit will be better than mine.

My husband and I love this place. It is 5 minutes from our home and our go to place when we have family come visit or just for the nights that we want to have a date night.Kid-friendliness: Our daughter loves going here and watching them cook on the flat tops.

Ummm, I would love to give this place at least an OK rating, but I did not even finish my food and that is usually not the case for me. I love hibachi and have had this restaurant on my radar to check out in hopes of making this a go to hibachi place near home. Well... I will not be back, well at least for not the dine in hibachi experience. But I imagine the same cook we had for our dine in experience will be the same if we ordered to go. The vibe inside is just blah and dated. Staffing is super low, but we could look past that for an awesome meal. But the meal did not hit at all. The rice... under cooked. I even asked for it to be cooked again or even use my same rice and cook it more... still a fail. My husbae ordered double chicken and it appeared we had the same amount. I could go on, but this place did not hit any high marks. I am not sure how long they have been here, but from the outside looking in, they may have been around at least for 5 years, so I imagine at some point they were good. And on the night we dined in, us and about 10 others dined in. I did notice others eating, but no way they were tasting the same food we were eating. I sincerely hope you all improve all around. At this time, plenty of parking, not busy at all. It's super dark at night... Visit with caution. Have fun and enjoy life :)

Disappointed in the restaurant. I came there for the sushi but was not able to make any due to the chef did not show up.

We went to Sapporo for the first time this evening. We enjoyed our food and the service. They were busy with only one server and one chef. Everything ran smoothly and was great. Prices are better than other similar places. The interior could use some TLC, but it is clean, food and service are good. We will be back.

Only customers in the restaurant, server acted like we disrupted his evening. .. wow thought I should receive some courtesy. I am the paying customer . Would not recommend this establishment. Food has gone downwards in taste.

We ended up coming to the Sapporo place on main Street because Iron Chef on Godwin was closed . Big mistake! This food is horrible! My fried rice tasted like burnt eggs, teriyaki chicken had zero flavor, the yum yum sauce looks and tastes like poorly seasoned off brand mayonnaise. Even the soup and salad were bad. If I don't get food poisoning from the gyoza I ordered I'll be amazed. It's too bad to be called dog food and way expensive. Stay awayParking: Empty parking lot because the food is horrible. This helps the food to age and gives a distinct less than fresh aroma and tasteWheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp to make for a speedy get away from the terrible food

Great hibachi always super nice service, great cooks they keep it exciting and keep you entertained, it's never that busy so it's a good spot for people that don't like being around too many people

Great food and drinks. Just need an interior update. Maybe a new paint job and flooring would attract more people.
