On 02/13/2014, I ordered two double cheeseburgers during your special promotion from the North Main St. location in Suffolk, VA. The cost of the double cheeseburger was $1.99. I ordered two. The total cost for both, plus tax was $4.48. When I got to the drive up window, I was told Sonic no longer accept cash payments. So I used a credit card. When I received my statement, I was charged twice for the same order. Questions: ARE YOU HIRING CROOKS? And is it true, Sonic no longer accept cash payments?Confused Runners

I don’t know if it’s new management or what but they closing stalls at a certain time, card only, the ice cream machine has been down everyday this week, drinks only “we are out of burgers” this is observed a waste of money and time !!!! What happen? Sonic was just better last month and the young lady at the window was so sweet I see her every time I come through I try my best not to give her a hard time the receipt name says Destiny :)

I ordered a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Shake that’s on the board. It’s the shake that was promoted as the “Reba Shake”.On two attempts to obtain the actual shake, I was handed two different shakes and neither one represented the actual shake.This is the second shake that was handed to me, along with my purchase receipt.Now with all due respect, does that look like the order I received?No. I was given a chocolate shake.I’m driving to Chesapeake and I live in Suffolk, just to order the shake I want.I wasn’t going back to the location, nor would it be in my best interest to ask for the shake again. I was probably talked about and something smart said about the fact that it was incorrect in the first place.I trashed the shake when I got home.I never touched it.It was to be a small not a medium.Opportunity to display good quality customer service on product knowledge was missed.

Bring your patience and your kindness. This won't be your fastest meal, and part of the reason is that there is a wonderful young employee at this location who is overcoming some challenges. What you may lose in speed, they will more than make up for with cheerful smiles and grateful attitude!

When I went to get a burger I couldn’t tell who was working there or who was just a friend hanging out. All I saw was kids walking in and out of the building in t shirts, hoodies, slides, and sweatpants. My order was messed up, and the employees were so high they forgot to fix my order.
