My order is always wrong, I ordered a Danish and it came with a huge fingerprint in the cheese, my husband returned it and the second one was cold, at this point we just tossed it, I have asked for my drinks with oatmilk and I have been given lactose, I am lactose intolerant... i ask for light ice and they give me the cup full of ice.

Team was friendly and amazingly helpful. I had no clue what my wife wanted, but with half of an old ticket they sluthed her perfect drink and saved me from a night of sleeping on the couch. Lessons learned; 1. Don't spill your wife's coffee. 2. This store can save your day, with a smile!.

I LOVE every drink I have gotten from Starbucks!! My usual is a caramel frappe and it is so yummy! The staff are always so kind and helpful and the service is quick. Overall I love Starbucks and look forward to it especially after a long day❤️❤️Appreciate y’all!!!

Went for a free tall cold brew for Veterans Day. Was told it was only a tall pike( it’s either or but ok) accepted it because it’s a free coffee, and asked for a splash of cream. Denied the cream because it’s “only a free pike”Not that my patronage will change anything but the Starbucks up the street happily provided a tall cold with a splash of cream.This location frequently makes drinks incorrectly, so today was my last visit. it was definitely strange to be denied cream for a black coffee.

Store has completely gone down hill has everything marked as sold out 24/7 and when you go in the store rude attitudes especially from the guy that works

How can a Starbucks not be able to offer freshly brewed coffee? They're brewer is broken. They have ONE brewer. They cannot offer fresh coffee. Their Americanos are awful. Ugh.

Starbucks is pretty much the same everywhere you go. Love their frappachinos since the first time I had them in 2001 in Hawaii.

The last three visits to our Starbucks I’m Suffolk Virginia have been terrible. Not making the orders right. When we have asked to remake them they do but still screw them up. It’s just been very bad. Both location have had this issues. Today was the icing on the cake when they messed up both drinks again. Not made right at all. Added ice when it is clear we asked for no ice and then added sweet we to a black cold brew. The labels are clear and say what we wanted and they still can’t get it right. You literally just have to follow what’s on the label. I’m very tired of paying good money to not get a quality product. This feels intentional as well. They want to mess up the orders.I apologize if this is not the right way to respond back. I saw what Starbucks wrote and wanted to respond. The day I wrote this review I had already tried to reach out via the Starbucks website. Went to chat got a robot. Told the bot the issue that I stated above and then got transferred to a real person. At least that is what the sight said. Reality was I was on the chat for 10 minutes before “an agent joined the chat” from that point 6 more minutes with no answer from the “agent” so yeah they are no help and your little link you sent does not give me much hope that I’ll get appropriate customer service.

3000 miles from home had to go by at Starbucks.And this Starbucks is pretty well stocked, the people are friendly, and the coffee and other drinks are consistent across all over the Starbucks.
