I love Starbucks. But im not a huge coffee drinker. Like the seasonal things from time to time. So i tried the the new Lavender coconut milk drink (eewwww) it was so weird. I took 3 sips trying to drink it. I finally asked the barista if she could make me a dragon drink. (My favorite) she was so nice and understood. She said it was no big deal. Will return if im in the area. Thank you ? ?

I order from this store not that often, but it seems that when I do everytime my order is WRONG, for instance, I ordered online, paid and got a coworker to go pick it up, she came with the order but forgot my drink, I called spoke with the manager, she in return td me to come back that will fix it, fine, send my co worker with the receipt in had with what I ordered!!!!! She came back it was still WRONG, so I went this time, got there cause by now I'm aggravated, asked to speak with a manager, was td by Megan that she wasn't there, Megan was also very rude and being sarcastic about the situation, basically brushing me off telling me well we can give you a refund or remake it, I'm like I know my options, but why am I having to come 4 times to fix a drink that should have been right the first time, she was still very nasty and rude, rolling her eyes in the process, so after having words with her, I talked to another worker that understood my frustration, she remade my drink, chatted she apologized to the full extent and it made it a little more soothing, but I'm doing a review to say, inwork in customer service myself, so I know the work load, customer service etc, buy what I experienced today 01/05/2024 was really uncalled for and Meagan was very unprofessional.

Food was good and warm. Coffee was bad and tasted like something I’ve never had before. No flavor and it wasn’t sweet at all. Service was AWFUL! They just stand there in the drive thru not saying a word and hold out the card machine for you to do everything yourself? Never seen that before at a Starbucks. They even hold it out so you can select to give a tip if you want. Again, without saying anything. The only words that came out of this persons mouth was “have a good day, happy new year” which was nice at least. I still won’t come back here, though. :)

I no longer enjoy coming here because every time I go to pay at the drive-thru, instead of taking my card and running it themselves, they give me the card machine to run it myself. They they say it’s going to ask me a question, which is whether I would like to leave an absurd amount for a tip on a coffee. Please pay your employees more so they don't have to beg for tips. This situation is extremely uncomfortable.

I've been going to this location for quite some time and after two separate experiences in the past week, it's going downhill quick. Both of the beverages I received this week tasted awful. I requested extra caramel in both. One had no caramel in it at all, and was very bland. The other had caramel just on top, but the Frappuccino tasted so bad. Like they forgot the flavored syrups and it was just really bad watered down icy coffee that was a little funky tasting too. Didn't even bother drinking that one. Definitely need to find a new spot for our treats throughout the week.

I had a good experience at this Starbucks. The staff was kind and my order was ready when quoted. I tried the new Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai -- just delicious! I don't tend to drink iced drinks, but this was right on time. I also got my holiday fave - cranberry bliss bar. The bliss bar was just as yummy as I remember. They have a good amount of seating options and they already have the holiday decor up!

Service is always great. I always order the same thing but sometimes it comes out less ideal than par. Could be made by different people I don't know. When I requested extra cold foam it had no foam when I picked it up. Sometimes it tastes way sweeter than just one pump of flavor syrup. 70% I got great coffee.

I went through the drive through this morning. I was treating myself to Starbucks since I endured the yearly mammogram. Anyway, I was nervous and told the person that I didn't know what to order and that I was intimidated. The loveliest of humans didn't skip a beat, helped me narrow down my preferences and ordered something DELICIOUS. He made me feel so welcome and valued even though I was new. Thank you coffee angel! ❤️ I will go back to this location!

We visit Suffolk from Lynchburg, VA a few times a year. When we visit, we go to this Starbucks almost everyday ALWAYS friendly, drinks consistently good!! Love to go out of town and feel like we are a part of the community! Thanks to the employees of this Starbucks!

The last three visits to our Starbucks I’m Suffolk Virginia have been terrible. Not making the orders right. When we have asked to remake them they do but still screw them up. It’s just been very bad. Both location have had this issues. Today was the icing on the cake when they messed up both drinks again. Not made right at all. Added ice when it is clear we asked for no ice and then added sweet we to a black cold brew. The labels are clear and say what we wanted and they still can’t get it right. You literally just have to follow what’s on the label. I’m very tired of paying good money to not get a quality product. This feels intentional. They are purposely messing up the orders.

Well another Starbucks this time out in technically Suffolk Virginia.We enjoyed all of our favorite coffees including the dragon fruit a white mocha and for me the cold brew. I really wanted the pistachio cold brew but they're all out of the flavoring so the vanilla was a great second and it was delicious.The breakfast sandwiches were great they weren't overcooked and the bread wasn't hard even around the edges.
