Got the steak and cheese sub. It was good but needed more flavor. Seasoning to spice it up. Outstanding customer service. Definitely will go back. Gave 3 stars because this was my first time eating there.

The food is good but every single time I have ordered, whether In person, door dash, or on the phone, my order has been wrong some how. I dislike having to wait 20 minutes for my food, check it to see what’s wrong, and wait another 20 minutes for it to get fixed.

This place was a waste of time. I don't know why they clam to be a BBQ place when it's nothing but cafeteria style food. The Brisket tasted like the refrigerator and was sliced so thin it was like sandwich meat. Don't bother and a waste of $18

Loved how clean and welcoming it was. The price of food was very reasonable for what I had. Was in during the lunch rush and was still waited on and had my food quicker than waiting in line at fast food places. Definitely helps that it is a locally owned and operated restaurant and the money stays in the area. You will not be getting any large vehicles in their parking lot but with being in the same shopping center as Lowe's parking there and walking wouldn't be hard. Also if you don't know what you are looking for you won't find them. I highly recommend Suffolk BBQ Co for a quick lunch.

Ate there today for the first time. This place is horrible. It is dirty, nasty, the waitresses were touching their faces, ears (playing with earrings) and hair, never once washed their hands after doing so. Used a dirty rag to wash the table. Dirty rag also on the ground. Flies everywhere. Food was cold, and mediocre. One waitress even sneezed into her hand, and didn't wash it. I will never step foot in this place again. In fact considering calling the health department.

Service was ok. Plate presentation was below a school lunch. Grill and equipment were not clean at all. Brisket was pre cooked sitting in a bag in the counter. Not refrigerated. Then its placed on a flat top grill and heated up. Cooked twice. Then they put a sickening sweet sauce on it. If your looking for good smoked brisket look elsewhere. The baked beans were so sickening sweet. Hush puppies were soaked 3/4 through with oil. While I was sitting there a crew member came into work and went straight to the grill without washing hands. I stopped by mistake. Dont make the same error I did.
Try the BBQ tacos, fantastic. Stewed apples were mind-blowing.

I placed an online takeout order through GrubHub. It took over an hour, but I am okay with waiting as long as it is worth the wait. In this case, it was not! I had the Smoked Wings which were nothing special, but there was only one way to find out, try it! I also ordered the 3 combo platter; flounder, pulled chicken and 1/4 LB of ribs. The best part were the ribs, the rest was ready for the dumpster. My 2 sides were collard greens and string beans, which also made the trash; they were very bland and no one in my family wanted them. The hushpuppies made it to the dumpster with the flounder, pulled chicken and sides. The ribs were mouthwatering and fall off the bone ready! I would not give the place a second, not even for the ribs; there are other good rib places out there...

Horrible service. Asked for kids amc and cheese got a sampler sized Mac and cheese. One order has burned fries another order had barely cooked thoroughly fries. When I took the order back in, they questioned me like the fries aren’t burnt. This company food quality has gone down drastically.
