The cashier was rude and kept cutting me off before I could even finish my order. Very unprofessional. If you’re in such a hurry and can’t talk to people, you probably shouldn’t be working in food service. I get that you hate your job, but don’t take it out on customers.

Took twenty minutes to get my wife's iced coffee. They served 4 cars in the drive-thru BEFORE making our order. Made the iced coffee completely wrong, then proceeded to take 15 more minutes before processing her refund. I stood at the counter, and the three workers inside completely ignored us until I raised my voice to help. Terrible experience

One of the SLOWEST restaurants . Doesn’t matter what you order or how you pick it up ( online curbside doordash drive through ) your a lock to wait a good 30 minutes at the least lol . No since of urgency don’t come here if you are in a rush you will be waiting 30-45 minutes for food ! I start going to the one on Godwin bc this one is just to slow

They had there cones set up in the drive thru right at midnight so I couldn't order... when clearly they were supposed to be open u till 2/3 a.m.

Don't bother with this Taco Bell. They are understaffed. Why have I been waiting over 15 mins for my breakfast?? Something about eggs? I am late for work and I already paid so I don't wanna just not get my food. The front door is lock so i can't even use the restroom. F this Taco bell.

Ordered online only car in lot and drive thruWas asked to pull to a mobile order spot to wait for my food. In which no other car entered the lot nor the drive thru in the time I waited. Hashbrowns were old and soggy as well.

Ordered meal on the app, took about 7 minutes to get to the store and still had to wait over 10 minutes. There was also 1 person ahead of me who had to wait over 15 minutes for 3 tacos. Tables and front counter looked like they were wiped with dirty rags. Watched the person making some of the food and she was slower than molasses. Took her nearly 2 minutes to make a single bean burrito. Ordered 1 soft taco, Mexican pizza, and a beefy 5 layer burrito, no sauce packets, with a large drink and cinnamon twists. When my order was finally up, they put it on the pick up shelf and didn't call it out or give me a cup. Also had over a dozen assorted sauce packets that I didn't want or need. Had to spend a couple more minutes trying to get my cup. Soft taco had gross tortilla, twists were hard as rocks. Terrible experience.
