Here now and first off we didn’t get ANY bread. Our server came brought out drinks took our and we didn’t see her again until the food hit the table. The food was luke warm and the steaks were cooked incorrect. The baked potatoes was so over cooked it tasted like powder. Ribs were super hard like gristle. Such a disappointing experience.

The food was good but paid $20 for steak and chicken tenders and we were given chicken nuggets. The size of them was laughable. It’s $6 extra to get the tenders with the steak. This was not $6 worth of tenders. 4 of them the size of chicken nuggets is ridiculously.

It never fails... on a normal out to eat night, it's great, however, whenever we come here to celebrate something it's not good. Tonight celebrating our anniversary and my steak was almost well done instead of medium and the server somehow put it in that my husband wanted mushrooms on his burger. My steak was corrected, but his took sooooo long to come out. He asked for them to just take it off. Pretty upsetting that we technically didn't have dinner together.

After being a long time road house patron..I must describe my experience, visit. As a relationship when buona good but when it's bad no in between. My experience this Sunday. I called to try to place a order. Since 12-600pm unable to get one person on phone to order. We need another type of restaurant in suffolk. That is in the similar area of food in college drive. Not another fast food because fast food isn't fast food in Va. Prices are high and portions are ridiculous.

Relatively good location with good spots and food. The rolls they brought out were AMAZING. they were truly the best part of our lunch getaway. I highly recommend if only for the rolls. Otherwise, the food was unhealthy and overpriced. The ambiance was good and they had a lot of different signs and other options on the walls to create a homey and delightful feel. Truly an experience but probably will not be going again.

As always, your personnel was wonderful and our visit was great. I usually get the 6 oz sirloin and sides, and as usual it was cooked the way I like it. This time, however, it was very tough. I’m hoping that you are not changing food vendors, because this is the first time in many visits that I have had anything negative to say. I will be back soon.
