Kay is an excellent server. The wait to get sat at a table was about one hr after we were told it would be 15 min, but the service and the food made the wait worth it.
Service was bland if that... when food was brought out, my friend food was cold...as for my plate, spoil cold slaw was on my plate...the manager did fix most of

Very old school restaurant style. Reminded me of Big Boys, Dennys and Howard Johnson back when I was a kid. Definitely fills a nitch.

Tried the new sweet tooth short stack (birthday cake) and it was a perfect blend between sweet + fluffy. Service was great and took great care of us. Eggs and bacon cooked to perfection.

Our first time eating at Village Inn. It was a Sunday morning and very busy, which is a good sign. They were short staff and everyone was happy to wait. Kierra was the hostess and also helping to clean tables. Kiera was very busy yet she was professional and very kind to everyone. She told every guest entering we will seat you as soon as we can. Our server was Kay. Oh my goodness EVERY restaurant need a Kay. Kay made everyone feel like they were the only person in the restaurant. She was friendly, professional and was a joy to have for our server. Kay should be the person to train the new servers. The food was worth the wait. Kiera and Kay provide customer service BEYOND EXCELLENCE!!!

When you ask for eggs scramble with cheese they place cold cheese on the egg. Disgusting!!
They need another cook! No wonder why nobody is hardly in here! When the food is good, the restaurant is packed!!

Burnt toast, to well done food, told waitress and she said well that's our cooks for ya, and didn't even try to get lighter toast, like she was scared to say any thing, had to try this place once, and it won't be a second time, that's for

It was OK, took 35 minutes for my food to come for lunch. Standard place. The food was OK. Probably wouldn't go back. But it was an ok first visit.

This location had just recently reopened because it didn't have a night staff. But the people were friendly and the food was good.
