I ordered at the drive through. The workers were incredibly rude after not being able to hear them in the drive through speaker. On top of that, I received the wrong order. I ordered a loaded nacho chicken sandwich but received the burger. It was burnt and the nachos were incredibly stale. I would not suggest going to this restaurant.

My husband went inside to order! The restaurant was empty. A young man turned around and looked a couple of times but never acknowledged his presents. After 6-7 minutes, he took the hint and decided to go through the drive-in. That was a bust, too. One car in front of us and they could not take our order! It finally became clear they did not want our business! We left!! If there is video at the store I recommend the owner/manager check it out! Time was around 8:45pm.

When I was done ordering the lady taking my order told me to pull around. I pulled to the first window and no one was there. I pulled up to the second window assuming they’d take my payment there, as most fast food restaurants do now. A man and a lady rushed to the window and told me I had to go back to the first window, but with a horrible attitude. When I went back to the first window the lady took my payment and told me to stay there until my payment went through. When I proceeded to go back to the second window the man kept rushing me off with a bunch of “thank you”. They looked at me and treated me as if I were trying to steal food. Had your employee been on her post and been clear on what window to pull to, you wouldn’t have to waste your energy on feeling like you had to stop a food thief. And the nuggets were horrible.

i ordered through their mobile app & the estimate was 18 minutes. It took over an hour for my food to even be made! My dasher was there for over half an hour and they decided to tell her after she waited there that they didn’t have a part of my order & i needed to substitute it. Hopefully Wendys can compensate both of us, because that was just ridiculous!! I didnt even have the option to cancel the order.To top it all off, they got a part of my order wrong ?
This location has a very slow crew!It took forever to get our food, only for them to deliver cold fries and burgers. I am very disappointed, normally the food and service at Wendy's are great.I'll continue to drive past this location and eat somewhere else going forward.

I'd rather much come here than the location on Main St. I go occassionally on weekdays for lunch and I never have any issues. The staff is friendly and the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. The place is clean and doesn't feel dingy like the other location. The drink machine works and the condiment station is stocked and clean. I ordered a Dave's single and chili cheese fries today and both were hot and delicious.Kid-friendliness: Kid's meals are available

Went through the drive thru. My son ordered the spicy chicken combo and I ordered the chicken nugget combo with a baked potato with chili and cheese combo. The lady even asked what kind of potato I wanted. When.i got my food I am glad I checked before I got to far because they gave me fries instead of my baked potato. Then when I went back they made me pay for the baked potato I stead of refunding me for the fries and taking that off for the potato. They can't even say they didn't hear me on what I wanted. So very disappointed.
