It's a standard fast food restaurant. Although the bun, lettuce, onion, and tomatoe for the sandwich was fresh, I was left lacking because the burger itself was really thin. I must have went on the off day because the fries didn't taste like they were cooked in fresh oil e.g. after taste. Overall, it was a standard fast food restaurant during the lunch rush hour. The experience leads me to explore other restaurants in the area.

came here to get a quick dinner. had to wait about 5 minutes before someone came up to the register to actually take our order, then when she did she rudely told us where to swipe our card. didn't even wait to hand us the receipt or anything, just walked away. didn't hand us cups to get drinks either. tried to go to the bathroom but they had the women's bathroom locked. when we finally had to ask them for our cups the drink machine was almost completely out of stock and didn't even work. finally we got our food and they didn't give us half of the stuff we asked for. also the people in the kitchen were cussing and looked at us when we were waiting for help but chose not to. don't go here.

I ordered a Dave's single Fresh, including a second Dave's single considering I had a coupon for BOGO free! The employee that served us wasn't pleasant. Both of my burgers were dry didn't seem as if they even tried to make them fresh or editable.

I know it's fast food so I guess I shouldn't expect much but seriously it looked like someone stepped on my burger. Bottom bun was split so the burger kept falling apart as I was holding it. Employees just don't care anymore. It's not like fast food is cheap anymore. Never again.

The upper management is ridiculous, they hire a new assistant manager that is doing an amazing job and then they decide they don't have time to do their job to do the training that is required so he can be able to complete his training. They failed him an they demoted him for no reason. The general manager and the store manager are pathetic and downright horrible to their employees. The new assistant manager was the reason I would come me to that store to order food. He would greet the customers with a smile and he would always make customers laugh, even if they were having a bad day. He would get kids to order their own meals. Now, he is gone so is my business.
