I ordered 3 JBCs 3 double stacks with no ketchup when I inquired if all of the items were in the bag ( which were a bunch of burgers and two large fries all crammed into one bag ) I was given another burger hoping I had everything only to find I was short a burger and one of the JBCs was a chicken sandwich and all the double stacks had ketchup anyway . Overall pretty disappointed with the experience. Shout-out to the gentleman customer behind me who requested a drink holder for me and grabbed an empty bag for my fries while I was counting burgers at the counter .

The only thing that was right was the order but the food was cold and the customer service was like the food ?. Go to the Wendy's on Godwin Blvd food is always hot .

Per the shift supervisor and the cashier at the window, I was not permitted to do an add on for a coworker who text me and asked for a biscuit. Mind you I had already ordered about 38 worth of breakfast and they were going to park me anyway. The attitude of the cashier and the shift manager was ridiculous. Told me corporate told them not to and that they are not affiliated with the real Wendy’s that they were an independent franchise. Well they still have to hold to Wendy’s policy and more. This was horrible service.

Please know that it takes a lot from me to write a bad review we ordered our meals w/ frosties, The entire time the cashier was taken off order. She was talking to people inside the store and kept being interrupted. Need this to say it took way longer than it should have to even order the food. When the frosties were handed to us at the window, they were not even 3/4 of the way full. We mentioned it to the first lady that handed us the drinks, we mentioned it to the second lady that handed us the bags of food and we mentioned it to the girl that gave us our change. Not one of them tried to make it.right, they looked at us, turned and walked away from the open window. Had I not been scheduled to pick up my grandchildren? I would have gone inside the store and spoke to the manager.

Ordered food including a frosty. Paid for the frosty. Then they informed me the frosty machine was down but refused to refund me for the frosty. Make it make sense.

This place is awful! Was asked to pull forward because they forgot some of my order, waited 10 ten minutes and one of the employees told me I needed to move because I was holding up the line. Proceeded to tell her I was told to pull forward and she said if I wanted my food, I needed to park and come in because I was holding up the line. I ended up leaving without my forgotten food because at that point I knew it would probably have been messed with. The employees there are never helpful and quite rude. Also, they are always out of something! Done trying with them, I will not be going back!!

Tried to come inside to order at 7:40, the doors were locked. Then tried to go through the drive thru and was told they only do Door Dash or GrubHub after 8. I said it was only 7:40, but the manager responded “Door Dash or GrubHub”. The manager also stated originally that she didn’t know the restaurant number when I asked.Will not return and would not recommend!

Just sat in the drive through line for 10 minutes before someone came back to the speaker after asking me to wait a moment. They came back to let me know "oh we are only taking mobile orders today. Do you have a Mobil order?" You would think they would say that at the beginning before making someone wait 10 minutes for an order they can't even place.

The food is exactly what you'd expect from a Wendy's, I've never gotten a bad order. The location is convenient, but current road construction leaves only one entrance to the parking lot. My biggest issue is that I have too often waited in the drive-thru and been told that they're only fulfilling pre-orders and Doordash orders, which is immensely frustrating when you're looking for a quick bite on your way home from work.

I have never seen a wendy's ran so poorly. Staff has constant issue with payment methods, running out of products and getting orders correct and in a timely manner. This is possibly the worst Wendys in the state of Virginia.
