Fast & friendly even though the line goes around the block. Still one of the best chicken sammiches in town.

My pizza was soggy, disintegrating, and almost completely inedible. I tried to pick up a slice and my fingers went straight through it as it mushed in my hands. It was a big soupy mess, and it was gross. I contacted Pizza Hut to ask for a refund and requested that the store contact me via email and issue the refund, and they referred me to the store, and I have yet to get an email response after 3+ weeks. I used to work in a Pizza restaurant, and there is no good reason to serve someone such a mess like this... this is laziness and apathy towards customer satisfaction... My order was also 15 minutes later than promised. Go elsewhere if possible.

Chicago style pizza was ok. Needed more cheese. The dough was pretty flat. Prices are kind of high.

Why are they so rude here? I dont understand! Its. Not. That. Hard. The pizza is whatever, you know what u r getting....but their attitude! My word! One of the workers was eating Wendy's in the parking lot while the one guy inside was drowning...but he was rude too so i dont feel to bad...everytime i start to go here i just turn sooner and go to Poppa Johns

Probably the worst Pizza Hut lunch buffet I've ever been to. I was in Suffolk for a 3 day training. My co-worker and I decided to go here because the one in our city is great. We were surprised when there were very few pizzas out. The waitress kept saying there would be more pizzas coming. They put out two small pizzas for a packed restaurant. I got two very small pieces with a salad and then after waiting 45 minutes, we had to go back to work. We listened as others complained about the same thing. There was no obvious manager on duty and they really needed direction and more staff working. I won't be back.

This is my favorite pizza, I have been going here for about five years, and I've never reviewed. I decided to today because they had some exceptional service. I made a simple mistake that was completely my fault on my ordering, and the employees are structuring the kind about it and they even offered to make a separate pizza for me. And when I got that they even let me keep the pizza that I made the mistake on. They seemed to really care and that's all you can really ask for in a restaurant is that they care in they do their job well, which they did.

This place is crap. Service is slow and stupid. Our pizza took 30 minutes more than the expected wait time and when asked about it they just walked away. They never came back to tell us how much longer it'll be. People were just meandering around not doing anything. I don't see how it would take this long. It was a completely empty house. The counters had random things everywhere. These people literally didn't care about their jobs. My advice is to fire everyone and hire new staff that actually want to be there.
