Tonight we ordered online a pepperoni lovers and some wings. Somehow it shows up on there end. Pepperoni lovers no pepperoni. They make and deliver a cheese pizza. I call to have it corrected. A guy answers and as soon as I say hi you guys sent the wrong pizza, he says did you order a pepperoni lovers and wings? I said yes. He says yea it said no pepperoni. A little back and forth then the manager gets in and says sorry he is a cook and doesn't know how to answer phones. She too says she saw the order and found it very odd. I asked, well Why didnt you c all to verify the order? After a bit more she did replace the pizza.

Have ordered carry out from here (no dine in at this location) 20 or 30 times in past 3 or 4 years, and have never had a bad experience. I am on their e-mail list to get special online offers and they're usually a great deal. Order is always right, ready on time and counter personnel friendly.

Y'all are literally 3.5 minutes away from my house and won't deliver. 8 freaking minutes and that's to far. Pathetic!!!!

I preordered online at 3:56 pm for a 5:30 delivery. At 6:10 still no pizza. Called the store. They claimed that for some reason my order was moved to the 2nd to last order and it would be 2 1/2 hours for delivery. I requested to cancel the order they tried to offer a credit. I requested a refund. Poor customer service. I get it is Halloween but even with order at 4 pm thought I would at least have by 6pm.
