I had possibly the worst and most bizarre service I’ve experienced at any food establishment here a few days ago. My first time visiting was great, and I ordered through the website and received my order a few minutes after arriving. I ordered online again my second time, but was brushed off by the employee when I asked about the order. The restaurant was packed, but numerous people came in and requested their online orders and had them prepared in front of me between customers. I saw another employee ask the first employee about my order, but they just shrugged and went to the back. I waited for around 50 minutes until I ended up asking for a refund, at which point the first employee found my order request and said they would call their manager. They finally gave me my food and complimentary sides. I honestly just wanted a refund because I had somewhere to be, and if I knew they wouldn’t have been able to fulfill my order by the pickup time or even 20 minutes after that, I would’ve gone somewhere else. It was a truly bizarre experience, and I’m not sure whether to chalk it up to the online ordering system or poor service. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have an hour to waste or want to go hungry.

Tried this mezeh location for the first time today for dinner with my husband. I couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly service Omi gave us, explained all the ingredients and had the best smile serving our meal. Loved their organic, no sugar added flavored teas as well, incredible flavors. Great experience and fresh healthy food! Will definitely be regulars here. Highly recommend.

Amazing restaurant with great food at a wonderful price point. Everything on their menu is delicious, I got the spicy lamb bowl tonight which was fantastic, with healthy veggies, brown basmati rice, and juicy, perfectly seasoned lamb kefta, and yummy baklava for dessert! The bowl came with a delicious pita bread. The staff here is very kind!Quick update: mezeh’s pita chips are delicious and highly recommended! ?

Delicious food, relaxed atmosphere, and Omi, the general manager, is extremely kind, hospitable, and makes you feel like you are among family. I love this Mezeh and look forward to eating there when near the mall.

Arrive at 8:30 pm and several of the food offerings are empty and the answer is that they will not be filled. Do Owners know what their employees are doing? And, only one server on a Saturday night? Lazy!

Hey so everyone who knows me I pull no punches and I called right down the middle because I don't owe anyone any loyalty and I don't endorse any place so if I like it I like it and if I don't I'll tell you why. Maybe it's just the Brooklyn New York rooted in me.So let me get this out of the way: waterview complaining about a douchebag Hispanic guy working there who gives horrible service. He was off because I didn't see anybody in there fitting that particular description. I saw was working in the kitchen in the back and he was very quiet.Okay so as soon as you walk in what you'll notice is two ladies who are very nice and ask what you'd like to have today. But this comes with a problem. This is my first time in Mezeh and I did say that to them, so I asked what do they recommend. They looked annoyed as it appeared that they just wanted to take my order. So I decided to build my own bowl. I wanted some extra protein so I did get the chicken which was fantastic and obviously vegetables. Who got falafel on the side and they gave me four large pieces and it was fantastic. The vegetables they gave me Russian everything that they gave me including tax was $15.79. did I not paid extra for the chicken it would have came out to $11.65 plus tax.Out there were not that many people but the atmosphere was good and this is a rather sizable place and it looks very deceptive from the outside. The only other thing I wanted to mention is that as far as the help is concerned I just don't understand for the life of me if you're going to work in a people-oriented business, working behind the counter barely spoke any English and it was hard to convey what I wanted. Nothing against that and what language they speak but you would figure that if you're going to work in a customer service oriented business why would the bosses not want to hire someone who can actually communicate the language and the orders. Instead I had to point at everything.Would I come back here? The answer is yes.Vegetarian options: Salads And falafel

The place is very nice, but the employees do not understand anything. They also put in very little compared to the money received, Chipotle is more generous in this regard. Also, I didn't like the taste. Chipotle is surprisingly better. I will try other mezeh places, maybe only this one is bad. However, first teach your employees English. The employees didn't even give us a fork, spoon etc. lmfao terrible

The hispanic male cashier has some issues. While I’m placing my order, he treated me with carelessness as a customer. He just wants to get done with me, while the store is literally empty. I don’t even know why he has attitude while this is my first time coming to this store. The food was great but because of this guy will never come to this store.

The Hispanic male cashier always has an attitude whenever I come to order. I’ve never even given him attitude, I always treat him with respect. He always tries to finish my order quickly, even when there's nobody else in the store. When I asked him for a cup of water, he replied, "For water or for something else?" I felt really disrespected as a customer and a regular person. I didn't say anything about it; I just took my food and left. I will never come here again.

Mezeh is a bit tucked away next to Old Navy and you can get there from Bloomingdale's (sometimes the entry door is open). Very similar concept as Cava and Roti, there are more toppings and bases are a little different. I love the sweet roasted eggplant and cous cous and appreciate that baba ganoush is on the menu. I wish Cava had these! I wasn't a big fan of the bland falalel made of split peas. While I enjoyed the Basmati white rice, I noticed that lentils weren't offered as a base. The juices weren't good. The pita was warm, but didn't look like it was house-made. The tortilla was definitely not made in-house. I was rooting for Mezeh and it was fun to try, the staff was a bit stand-offish and I honestly prefer Cava.

Great customer service! The DoorDash driver left a bowl in the restaurant so the general manager called to confirm if I was missing food. Not only he took the time to call and make sure I get the rest of the food, he even gave me an extra bowl because of the inconvenience. And the food is always so tasty!
