The coffee shop needs to learn a thing or two to be competitive. I got 2 coffees and two cheesecakes in a jar for $27 and asked for a cup of water and they said we have bottles water, so they didn't give me. I asked for half and half and they said they don't have!!What cafe doesn't have half and half? Shotted.My friend got her coffee and wanted to pay cash and the girl said they don't take cash! She was going to leave the coffee and the cashier said "ok I will take it". Very bad vibes. This "cheap" cafe that pulls cheap tricks doesn't belong to Tysons Galleria.

Omg words can not describe how this place. Weather your there to get coffee or get married? this is the place exceptional coffee. The other night I was craving coffee and went to Shotted, keep in mind my card was acting up and some purchases would be approved or declined that day. As I went to go pay my card declined, before I could pull out cash, the cashier said “don’t worry brother, this one is on the house”. I was in shock because this was only my second time coming to Shotted in the galleria. To this day I still rated their coffee as some of the best coffee I have had. If you are living in the dmv area I beg you to try the coffee here and you will not regret it. (P.S: get the pistachio ice latte, or the normal ice chai latte)
Got a latte (hot) and it was served at room temp- when asked if they can heat it up, was told no. Ended up getting a refund. Service is below par.

Why can’t you all deliver consistency with your Karak Chai? It used to be great until you all got too popular. Every time it tastes different now. Too sweet…too much cardamom…too bitter. I see the hype during Ramadan 2024 and you are making money (MashAllah), but automatically adding a surcharge after Iftar is so wrong.

I went to grab coffee last night, the place was super busy due to Ramadan. I ordered a karak chai and a red velvet latte. I got the latte within 5 minutes of ordering , now the karak chai was a different story. After waiting for another 10 minutes the lady who took my order told me to go to the other Shotted spot to pick up my karak chai. After walking to the other spot, I waited another 15 mins before the guys behind the counter told me the karak chai wasn’t done and I had to wait longer. At this point I waited 30 mins for the other half of my order, so I asked for a refund for the chai. The guys behind the counter refused to refund me and insisted I wait longer. I ended up leaving without my chai or refund.Management seems very unprofessional and clueless. why do I have to go to two different locations after placing my order at one location? And why was I refused a refund if I wasn’t given my order?if google allowed me I’d put zero stars for this place. Who ever runs this establishment should be ashamed, they take other’s money without giving them anything in return. Real crooks

Anytime I come to Tysons Mall, this place is a must. They haven’t missed any day! If you’re a crazy coffee drinker like me, then get your lattes with an extra shot.

Unique coffee spot in the DMV area, nestled in the Tysons Galleria!! It's a Saudi coffee shop, which is extremely cool! Wow they know how to make coffee. The flat white was impeccable. It had a subtle richness and there was just the perfect amount of milk. The chai was traditionally made and was very very sweet. Coffee beans are from Italy, as is their beautiful espresso machine. Plenty of seating around the back with natural lighting from the windows.
