We really enjoyed our meals at Tysons Rickhouse. The service was great and the food was delicious. We had drinks, starters and full meals. Very happy that we stayed to eat in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast there is also top-notch. Thank you!

The hotel lacks told me they are unable to print simple invoices with total charges for the stay. I got 8 pages of activity i found very difficult to follow. Upon a review of my invoice, I noted an error on august 8 the day before checkout and the front desk said they would fix it. Two weeks later and six followups with the hotel including the property management team have been ignored by hotel staff. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Lifetime titanium member. Stayed in 3 rooms over 27 nights at this property this year. Will not stay again.

The best part of this hotel is the bar. There was a bourbon tasting during my stay. The staff at the bar were very nice and attentive. The food was alright and the staff took care in packing it to take back to the room. The hotel rooms were average. Parking is paid and a mix of covered and uncovered. It was kind of annoying to get through, but pretty empty.

Marriott Tysons Corner was an okay stay. My room was not ready at check in. Front desk woman was not apologetic. It was about a 10-15 minute wait in the lobby, which isn’t too long but after a long travel day the last thing you want to do is hang in a lobby. On the way up to my room in the elevator the elevator reeked of smoke, turns out there was a cigarette butt just hanging in the hand bar of the elevator, nice. My room was okay. Bed was fine. No huge complaints about the room. Front desk staff was meh. Conveniently located near some shopping and food.

Busy well maintained hotel. Appeared recently renovated with a pleasing lobby, M Club (on 1st floor), bar/restaurant and nice comfortable rooms. No issues, staff was present and very welcoming! Ate at bar restaurant- salad/sandwich which were good and daily snack, hors d’oevres in M club nice extra. Daily housekeeping - great stay!

We really liked this hotel. Frankie at check-in was warm and welcoming. She took her time detailing all the amenities that was available to us. The room was clean and spacious. The dining was good. There was also parking available onsite.

This Marriott Hotel is just off the beltway and next to the mall. Parking was easy. It felt bright, clean and friendly. The front desk associates were timely and helpful. Debbie at the Lobby Restaurant/Bar was awesome and the food was tasty! We felt this property provided great value and will be our first choice when next in the area.

Check-in was easy--as hands-on as you need, but does not get in your way. The staff we interacted with were helpful with suggestions for eating and shopping, and the hotel was crowded but very quiet. We hardly heard the other guests. It is very convenient to shopping and entertainment. Bathroom was spacious and clean, though I'd like to see better bath products.
Had a great time staying in this hotel. Stayed here back in June 22. We stayed a couple days here because we had Thanksgiving at the Tower club behind the hotel. Plus we were celebrating our anniversary. I really love the vibe of this place. It's always very clean and the staff is always very professional. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I would like to thank the entire staff of the hotel. Everyone provided excellent service. The only thing that I did not like was the lunch menu in the restaurant did not have a lot of choices on the menu. This is a great place to stay.

Operationally a disaster. Spent my 60th- 63rd night in a Marriott this year at this pretty face— unfortunately her management does no favors. Checked in online— requested housekeeping at check in. Got to my room tv didn’t work— waited til the next day still didn’t work. When showering the bulk shampoo was empty— how infrequent do they check those? Called down requested housekeeping— and asked them to refill the shampoo and conditioner. Came back tonight and they came refilled and left. No housekeeping. Not acceptable— if you can’t operate to standards don’t operate. Its embarrassing.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Customer service was excellent. Especially the manager Blaise. Bar service was great and food was decent. Walking distance to Tyson Mall is convenient. Will definitely be back here again. Thank you for the stupendous accommodations y’all.

Everything was great but above all the superb service we received from the Operations Manager Ralph Mensah: he was absolutely the best. I used to live in Tysons but moved to Florida in 2017 and needed a place to stay for some medical follow ups in the area. Bed was comfortable ( we asked for non feather pillows etc ) and everything was quite pleasant especially the location,

Staff was very nice. Close to iNova hospital center, Tysons Corner Center mall (the one with food court & restaurants). I’m not sure you could walk to Tysons Galleria mall. Our room was clean. Bed was comfy. Lobby bar had people in it, with TVs - if you’re into that kind of thing. Great location for walking to Tysons Center mall - it’s kind of hard to find the walkway to get there, and the Exec Chef Santucci saw us trying to figure out how to get there & he walked out with us & showed us. Pls thank him. The did have coffee in the lobby until like 10:30 am, I don’t think it was free. There’s a Starbucks in Tysons. And a Keurig with coffee & tea in the room. Room had hair dryer, ironing bd & iron. Would stay here again.
