Pulled In about 8:15 with a very simple order of 4 plain cheeseburgers and 2 orders of fries. Sit at the window for about 2 minutes with no employees in sight. Look through the window to see an older lady eating the fries from the fryer, not even making my order. I literally ordered the most simple items i could think of and the employees made no effort to serve or even acknowledge me. 0/10 would not recommend.

The guy that took my order on 2/18/24 at 9am was nice but the older woman that took payment and gave me my food was very rude. Definitely not a place you want to come to after pulling a 12 hour shift and getting breakfast! Very miserable and very nasty woman shouldn’t be working customer service at all!

Whoever worked the drive through, at 11:20am on 2/8/24 is a very rude person. Older white lady, was extremely rude and nasty and of course on top of that missing items. If you don't like your job, then quit!

Just tried to go thru the drive thru to get something to eat. Was told that they could only serve inside now. The person that said this was very rude. Most fast food restaurants would have kept the drive thru open first.

This specific location has unflattering management and overall bad food. My fiance tried to get a Monday through Friday part time with them and they said he was a no call no show when he wasn't scheduled yet so they could terminate his employment. The management is rude and they have a remarkably unfriendly and aggressive environment. We tried food there but once my fiance saw how the conditions were of the food and store, he nor I will not eat at this location again. 90 to 3 hrs wait on food and sitting time in the store and still serving the food after being sat out,to customers. Horrible place would not recommend!

This is one of the cleanest Burger King’s I have ever seen! The employees were friendly and were straightening/cleaning in their down time. Great job!

Definitely would give fewer stars but I don’t wanna mess up the 3.6 this store has already. constant bickering between the order makers and the kitchen staff. Food was cooked by Robyn I apologize if that is misspelled but the food had great quality. The service however was not the best the older lady in the front for some reason wanted to give a smart remark after everything I said, including the expression that the food is always fresh which is most definitely and understatement depending on who is cooking it. I can understand that time get busy but that’s no excuse for a lack of good customer service. I’ve been coming to this Burger King forever and when Robyn is in charge whether it’s cooking or register everything is amazing but tonight I find it almost repulsive to have an employee give a paying customer such sas. But I’ve had problems with employees and their distasteful customer service. But as a reminder Robyn is doing an amazing job and has always proven to be able to do her job no matter what.
