The cookies are usually really yummy and the service is good. Cute ambiance. I say usually yummy because some just aren't my preferred tastes (I don't like chocolate on chocolate, for example).

I canceled an Uber Eats order in less than 30 seconds after realizing the order was coming from Vienna, VA (5.9 miles) instead of Rockville, MD (7.4 miles). As the crow flys, Vienna may be closer to River Falls in Potomac, MD but getting across the Potomac River thru I-495 Capital Beltway construction at rush hour could take two hours or longer. A cancellation fee should not be the full value of the order if canceled in 30 seconds. What actual work could Crumbl Vienna have done on my order in 30 seconds? Pure greed...it makes you wonder about the quality of their food! I'll be disputing the charge thru my Visa. Since Uber Eats isn't savvy enough to understand urban geography and was unethical in not giving even a partial charge credit, I have removed the App from my phone. Lots and lots of business lost. Real smart move, children. Beware of Crumbl-Vienna and Uber Eats!! They can cancel orders but you, the customer, can't. Ever!
Overhyped! Nothing special about these $4+ cookies. I just taste sugar, and no other rich flavors in their seasonal ones. Even the traditional chocolate chip cookie is mediocre, and the chips don't melt when microwaved. Not a fan.

Not good at all. $7 per cookie and all they make is cookies. I ordered the six pack for delivery and the cookies came unfinished. The raspberry one had no raspberry or icing on it (just essentially a sugar cookie) and the oatmeal cookie had no icing on it either. That is the MAIN attraction of those cookies. If I wanted to pay $7 for a sugar cookie I could get like 10 for $7 anywhere. I called the store and manager said I could have two free cookies if I physically came into the store. Sweetie I ordered the cookies and paid an exorbitant delivery fee for a reason - The reason being I AINT COMING TO THE STORE. Train your employees to make cookies if you are a cookie store. It's not like they got mixed up making cheeseburgers, salads, sushi and cookies. They have one job and they can't even do that. Oof
