When I walked in, there was noone at the register and ritual music was coming from the back. When I called for an employee, the indian lady walked out without shoes and took my order. I was absolutely appalled.

Google says open till 11pm, walked in at 10pm, the indian lady was extremely rude and didn’t give us anytime to look over the menu and order. Within a spam of 1 min, she forced us to order and said “we’re closing at 10”. That’s not how you treat your customers. They ran out of the slush and she didn’t even mix it properly, and without gloves put a spoon in my slush and started stirring it, in front of me. Was trying to sell a medium to my friend when said explicitly said small. ALSO REAKS OF BLEACH IN THE STORE. If I could give a 0, I would!!! AVOID!!

Will not be going back to this location. We arrived yesterday around 4pm for some ice cream. We entered the shop and no one was to be found so we almost left. As we where headed out someone came out. This lady said what like we where buggying her. My children didnt know what they wanted so spent a couple minutes trying to decide. My autistic son was trying to figure out what candy he wanted in his blizzard when the employee rudely just started to make what she thought he wanted. We never really decided and she was in such a rush that she said come on and was extremely pushy. My son wanted recess pieces. The employee said she was double charging me. Mind you we had not ordered and if she was not as pushy and we would have been fine. She double charged me. Luckly we where having a good day or I would have fought back on your rude employee. I will not be back.

This place was super busy. Mostly teens who were well behaved. Service not bad compared to the awful reviews I had read. The tables were dirty but there are only 2 employees. There should definitely be hand sanitizers everywhere. The TV was broken, the monitor was broken. You can't scan a receipt to get rewards points. The windows were also very dirty. This stuff seems minimal but this is my review.

My husband and I have given this DQ 3 visits and each visit made us realize why do we keep coming back. Last night was the last straw. On our first visit we wanted to try the new carmel cheesecake blizzard that was advertised and they didn’t have all the ingredients. The second time we went we wanted to try the new red velvet blizzard, it looked nothing as advertised, it was not pink and could not taste any cream cheese frosting. Then last night we go and it feels 80 plus degrees in the store, we had to stand and wait for someone to come from the back and we ordered the new confetti dipped cone. The cones were so small and sad looking and it was over $10 for 2 small dipped cones! The quality, service and prices are not worth coming back. I’ve left a review on an instagram page a while back and the link provided did not work.

I used to love this Dairy Queen, but unfortunately, in my most recent visits, I've gotten sick from this Dairy Queen with gastrointestinal symptoms, while I have not gotten poisoning from the other Dairy Queens. I worry about if the machines are cleaned regularly. This never used to happen to me until as of recently, and after three times of being sick, I decided to not come back.I've known Sita (the owner) since I was a young girl as I am a Vienna local, but I did notice that the business has gone downhill since the pandemic. There has never been enough staffing at this Dairy Queen, which is disappointing, considering the demand from the town's residents. A couple of times, my boyfriend and I were waiting in a long line on a weekday night, and almost any time it was my turn to order or my boyfriend's turn to order, Sita would go to the back of the Dairy Queen and stay there for about 10-15 minutes. This made it basically half an hour to get ice cream. I felt upset by this behavior on top of the food poisoning and have opted to drive a few more miles to the Dairy Queen in Fairfax, or to Ben and Jerry's where I felt like the employees were more professional. I don't think I'll be coming back to this Dairy Queen, and I hope that the owners receive more training on professionalism, and highly consider hiring more help. I'm sure a lot of high school students looking for their first job would be happy to work here.

? I love when the only person working is on a FaceTime call, makes me wait to order, and then has me attempt to order over the person on the call while both the worker + other person are still chatting. I had to then repeat the order (while they were still talking) because she didn't hear it. . .still didn't get it correct but blizzard was good though. ??‍♀️

We came for dipped cones. The ice cream was so soft it didn't even hold its shape. It turned into milkshake in less than a minute. Just nasty! The cashier (older Indian lady) forced me to take it. Wasted money since there was no way I was going to get food poisoning over $5 for a scoop of rotten dairy. Poor management for allowing their business to be operated under this manor.

I went into the store looking for a simple chocolate blizzard, but the person working there immediately started screaming at me. They started hitting me across the face and tried convincing me to "meet them outside after their shift" I then proceeded to jump the counter and take them at their word. During our scuffle, they repeatedly shouted obscenities' in front of the other customers in the store. I ended up winning the fight ( as well as free blizzards) and everyone started clapping while I did backflips. I filled their blizzard and ice cream machines with gasoline, ethanol, and other toxic substances sources from my local gas station. Finally, I made myself a vanilla blizzard and left the store. It did flip up-side down luckily. 1/10 customer service, 1/10 scrapping skills, 10/10 atmosphere, they were cheering for me the entire time

Best Dairy Queen I've ever been too. Super super friendly staff and great service. This should be the standard.

There’s a wanted sign on the wall of this place that shows a man walking into the restaurant and stealing the tip box from the front counter. I wondered how such a brazen act of robbery could be possible until I stood at an empty counter for about 3 minutes until someone walked out from the back and helped us.This place is understaffed and the staff they do have is rude, unhelpful and literally unavailable. They did serve the Blizzard almost upside down though, so that was a plus.

Ordered a medium blizzard with extra Reese’s and peanut butter topping and got a vanilla blizzard with almost no Rees’s for $10! Went back in and it only got worse! Go to another DQ.

Not only did they not accept our app deal, they over charged us for our blizzards. Person taking our order was not at all helpful or friendly.

It is one of the best DQ restaurants I've had the pleasure of visiting. Fast service, helpful friendly staff. I requested a Blizzard that isn't part of the menu, and the kind young lady made it with no fuss nor additional charges. Top Tier, service with reasonable prices. Definitely will be a returning customer.
