Staff is friendly (I might go there too much, because they know my order when I walk in)! Good food, good coffee, all you can ask for in a VA bagel shop.

On taste alone they get 5 stars, however on 2 recent trips they have gotten my order wrong and it was too late to ask them to fix it by the time I opened the bagel sandwich. Today I paid extra for them to add cream cheese to a BE&C and they charged me but didn’t put any cream cheese.

this was my first and LAST time. ordered a bagel sandwich and hash brown & took 3 bites and trashed it. the bagel was dripping grease, the cheesesteak meat was like a thin layer of some sort of beef.. NOTHING like the picture. looked like darn roast beef. it was terrible and tasted like straight garlic. spent almost $15 (because I added another egg) just to throw it away. not to mention the bagel was doughy.. wouldn’t feed it to my dog ?

What the actual heck? $8 for a bagel with cream cheese? $15 for an egg and sausage sandwich in a bagel? Absolute gouging. Walk 10 feet out the door to the Dunkin’ and save at least $30.

This is my go-to spot anytime I’m wanting a bagel or just breakfast in general. I’ve never actually visited the restaurant, but I have had it delivered MANY times over the last 3-4 years. Because I haven’t actually visited the restaurant, I can’t speak on the customer service or the atmosphere, but I can speak on the food. It has never disappointed. My go-to is a blueberry bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese with a hash brown and caramel chiller. They also always wrap it in foil so no matter how long delivery takes, my food is always either warm or hot. Highly recommend Manhattan Bagel!

The prices of sandwiches at this shop are crazy high. They used to not be like this. An individual bagel is fine. Coffee is fine. But sandwiches can be up to $15. For a tub of cream cheese -$7! I’m pretty sure that I didn’t pay this at Einstein last week.

Good bagels for a reasonable price, although a little on the small side. Would probably come back

They do not care about the customers all! Made a request to clean the grill (just a wipe down is what I asked for) for allergy and religious reasons and the staff brought the manager and he was extremely rude. He said we will not clean it, because if I come next time I will ask the same thing. They were not even busy, one customer came in after me several minutes later. Will never come back here again.

I had a wonderful perfectly toasted e everything bagel at the Vienna location. Unfortunately as I ate my bagel, o observed ed staff technically contaminating the food. They were gloves on the left hand only but used both hands at the register, handling mo ey, handling their cell phones etc. I also observed a delivered box set on the food prep surface and opened . I only noticed a glove change once and never o servedhandeashing. This totally unsat

Best bagels and literally the best fountain Coke EVER. Can be a bit slow but it's worth it

When I lived in the DC area, I’d come here regularly, and it’s always a highlight of the trip when we come back and visit. Wish we had a Manhattan Bagel in Colorado.

Bagels are overpriced and not worth it. The coffee is somehow worse and burnt, similar to Dunkin coffee imo…but I’d still rather go to Dunkin because at least I’d get my food and coffee for a better price and way quicker.

Solid bagel and quick service - I got an onion bagel sandwich with cream cheese and an egg. It was around $6, so not too pricey either.
