Pretty sure this McDonald’s is gone. We drove by looking for it today, June 7, 2022, and it wasn’t there.

I went there for lunch today and the branch and the staff were very nice, especially Miss. Yissel, the young girl at the cashier. I've been going to this McDonalds for over 10 years. I've watched staff come and go over the years and the quality of the food and the service remains the same, pretty darn good. The counter help are always friendly and inviting, and food is delivered quickly with a smile. It's my favorite McDonald s to take breakfast. And when the Fish Sandwiches are on special, you can find me there for lunch or dinner.

Worst McDonald's ever? Broken kiosk hasn't been fixed in months. Halfway attentive employees sometimes come to the counter. Kiosk allows you to order items they don't have (they could update availability but they don't). Something is always broken or out of stock. Not sure why I keep trying - I guess because it's so convenient - but I have yet to receive an entire order from them, and have twice required a full refund and just walked out.

This McDonalds is um. Really weird? The ice cream machine has been broken for months with no sign of it being repaired, and everytime I go to there, I always have to run back because something in the order is likely wrong. When it comes to late night McDonalds, they're not a bad option, but the one closer to mosaic is often more consistent, open 24/7, and primarily more crowded. Pick and choose I suppose!

I think I just got a taste of the Old American hospitality that made McDonald's famous way back in the 40's and 50's. I'm just passing through. Ordered a McChicken with cheese and some fries. It's a regular day. I was really just looking for something predictable, fast, and cheap before I start my workday. The restaurant was spotless. The cashier was attentive and kind. She communicated and confirmed orders with her team with the skill of a five star restaurant manager. The team members seemed calm and skilled at this location. I confirmed my order with them twice. (It wasn't personal. I've been burned before.) They were patient with me. I ate my meal. It was hot, almost like it was fresh off of the grill. My fries were fresh too. Perfect texture. Now I'm in my car thinking about my life...What just happened?? Is this normal? Is this what McDonald's is supposed to be? How can I ever go back to another McDonald's? Thank you ladies. You really made my day today. Wishing you all the best.
