Order a pizza and cheese sticks for lunch, when I get home with my order they made it as a personal cheese pizza and the all food was undercooked to the point of raw, save yourself a couple bucks and get dominos.

Ordered from here a long time ago pretty frequently and it was a bad experience. My girlfriend and I started eating the pizza again and the experience is much better. Theres more and also different people working there.

Lack of customer service will have me not patronize this particular location. I waited for over 15 minutes when the person told me that the pizza will just take “4 minutes “. If the expectation was set primarily that the order would take longer than expected, alternate arrangements would have been made. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

STAY AWAY!! Complete garbage. Delivery driver refused to deliver pizza and requested that I pickup the pizza myself. I did not pay a delivery fee and 20% tip to walk around looking for my order. This is an absolute disgrace. The pizza was luke warm and not fully cooked.

Trash, will never order here again after being treated rudely by an employee. Also, food not great just convenient.I came in looking for my pickup, i stood there looking at the rack of pickup orders - this employee rushes out and admonishes me “syou cant do that!!!” I said “i cant do what? Look at the rack of takeout orders for the food i paid for?” No response. No thanks, never again. This place is shady.

I live 3 mins away and have been ordering from this location for the past 15+ years. Customer service is always great, especially more recently. My order is always fulfilled promptly— if there’s ever a mistake (very rare), they will fix it immediately. 5/5 for exceptional service.
Placed the order about 15 minutes before getting to the store. I ended up waiting 30 more minutes upon arrival.

Horrible horrible horrible. Placed an order around 11:20. Status has been saying it's 12 minutes away for the past hour. Came up on two hours for delivery wait time. Worst part is they are literally 7 min drive away from my location. Last time i ever order from this location. Don't waste your time here. Wish we could get out money back.

If only they posted that they pay minimum wage and expect every one to drive, no union, harassment at all levels and they will steal ur wages when they claim u fire yourself for asking about the aforementioned fallacies. Plus they pay a lawyer to repress these truths, and the judge,... if take off wasn't shot here I wouldn't have posted this either...

So far I've been waiting for my order for over an hour and a half. I tried calling automated message says it will be another half hour....at least. I tried hitting the option to talk to a manager, nope you can't it just hangs up on you. Also no way to cancel my number and get a refund. I will not be ordering from them again.

Three hours still waiting for pizza. app says 30-40 minutes. They should turn off ordering or at least be accurate and people wouldn't order if they are that backed up!!!
