Decent but they need ceramic mugs. Owners clearly cheaped out. No fault of the employees, service is great. But I'd rather pay extra at the pastry Xpo in mosaic to get my drink in a real coffee cup.

My husband and I love trying coffee shops and supporting small businesses. Simply social has a great selection of items on their menu-- a little something for everyone. We definitely enjoyed the food, coffee, and smoothie. However my disappointment and the reason behind my rating is simply because it was extremely disturbing to watch as the "owner" ( I believe her name is Kathy or Katy) speak to her employees in such rude manner. She's very lucky her employees seem to all be such sweets kids just needing a job. I would've pointed it out to her but my husband felt a review would maybe grab her attention best!

We always have a great experience here. Their coffee is delicious not too bitter, delicious food - We have loved everything we have gotten, the breakfast platter, the breakfast bowl, the breakfast burrito, baked goods, oh the waffles so so good... Can you tell we come here a lot lol? The service is always so cheerful to boot!

Today was my first time at this location. The food (chicken/avocado sandwich) was amazing. Everything tasted super fresh. The customer service was very exceptional. I wish they had more tables inside, but they did not have the space to provide additional seating. Will definitely return for more tasty items.

This place has simply the best coffee in the area, and we often come here for breakfast, especially on weekends. The food is made with high-quality ingredients that taste delicious. The pastries, especially the Pistachio Danish, are great! We've tried their Fairfax location, but we like this one for more reasons.Parking: Free parking in front and around.

I’ve been through the drive thru here many times now and had a great experience every time- even if they’re in a rush, staff is always kind and patient.Typically, they’ll give you a piece of cookie with every drink. I appreciate that they always toast and put cream cheese on your bagel for you (unless you ask them not to) because i’m usually in a rush & other coffee shops don’t do that.It might seem small but their wonderful service plus all the great details make me drive the few minutes to support them instead of the coffee shops in walking distance to me at mosaic! Great place and people (:

Tried this place for the first time two days ago! The breakfast sandwich was literally so delicious (the egg was SO good and it had a beautiful cheese pull). The iced americano was perfect and even made me want to try another drink (iced matcha, also perfect). I had to come again today because it was that good. I had another breakfast sandwich with one of their seasonal drinks, an iced white chocolate raspberry mocha. The place is not that big, but I didn’t have any trouble finding a table. The staff was nice and the barista knows what they’re doing.

Sandwiches are good but in my experience it's not a friendly place for babies. We were there around noon on a weekday. It wasn't crowded and my baby was playing a little bit further next to another chair that nobody was sitting there. One of the staff told me to keep her just next to me. I didn't get when it's not crowded and I have eyes one her, what would be the problem. You never can keep a toddler who just learn to run next to you without a highchair.

We’ve become more regular here because it’s always such a nice experience. Drinks, food, and service are consistently good. Place is clean and always well decorated for the seasons which creates a fun ambiance. Highly recommend the Simply Social in Vienna!
