The morning/midday employees are rude. Got nachos today. Chili is cold. Nacho cheese cold. No condiments stocked. All the while the cashier didn't know how to work the register and was put off that I wanted a pack of smokes too. It like this everytime I go there. Oh. And the parking lot is entirely too small.

I purchased breakfast tacos from this location and they were still raw flour dough and the inside was so nasty. I decided to take it back while still in the parking lot. When I walked back in and explained I wanted to return them, one of the owners that works there came up to me and told me Never to buy food from them again if I don’t like it. I said excuse me, who are you talking to? She said I’m telling you I just made those and I told her and showed her how nasty they were and all I wanted was my money back. She continued to be nasty and rude. You need a class on customer service and maybe your google reviews would be better. That was the most RUDE and DISGUSTING way to treat a customer especially one that goes into your location almost every evening. Today was my last day EVER going into this disgusting place. They have a ONE star rating for a reason and the morning team are very racist and rude. That is not how you talk to a customer. You won’t get another $1.00 out of me. Disgusting ?

I come to this 7-11 almost everyday for the ice, energy drinks, snacks, wine, donuts...so many things. I live less than a block away. All of the workers know me and are always friendly. Tonight (Wednesday September 27, 2023) and there was a woman working there. She was the rudest, bitchiest, nastiest person to deal with! She was yelling at me telling me that I have no common sense, because she put trash cans in front of the front doors. I moved them and I told her it was a fire hazard.I do come in there to buy wine (which is what I was purchasing) and she said, "I have the right to not sell you anything because you REEK of alcohol". I hadn't had anything to drink! When I walked out, the two gentlemen behind me came to my car window and said she was awful!!! I asked them if I REEKED of alcohol and they both said no. They said she was crazy and were amazed that the store would hire someone like that!!!

Staff is power hungry, VERY unprofessional, just straight up rude, and want to abuse the little power they have in their lonely pathetic life. It’s 3 O”Clock just got off work, I’m a government employee, went to buy a case of beer, Employee with Huge Nasty Guages in her ear smiles at me and says “I can’t sell you that you seem intoxicated” and laughed at herself……….I JUST GOT OFF WORK!!!! I have found my innner peace as she says some rude comment as I’m walking out the door. Well thanks to her got a whole 24 for the price of their 12 pack by buying at Harris Teeter. Won’t be coming back.

I was Accosted by the Male Employee at this location!I Reported him to his Management and was then informed that I was Not Allowed Into THIS 7-11 any longer all for Not Having My Shirt On!!!This Male Employee HAPPEN to be Wearing a (tank top) under HIS OPEN SMOCK with his Chest & Armpit Hair were in Full View!The reason for his anger was BECAUSE of MY Actions in Turning In His Good Friend For Stealing a 9-MM Handgun and GIVING IT TO ANOTHER MAN to Be Sold!It was The EMPLOYEES Friend so HE ACCOSTED ME and THREW ME OUT of HIS Store!

Horrible managment here. Its not that they are dirty it is the fact that the manager mike harrasses women. He asks my wife to leave me for him and keeps making my wife cry multiple times because he will not leave her alone. I recommend never going here at all. Especially if you are a female.

The daughter of the owner that works there is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. She’s usually texting on her phone while reading you up. Never says hi or anything. Incredibly rude
