I booked a room in advance with no issues, upon arrival one of the servers placed us in our room. About 15 mins into us being there and having our drinks served, what I’m assuming is one of the managers rudely came into the room ( in the middle of one of out party guests singing ) asking if we were suppose to be there and if we have booked our room in advance or paid up front. We didn’t even know if he was one of the servers or mangers etc. He comes back then tells us we need to move rooms no apologies, no sorry for your inconvenience or taking accountability for it. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if the Manger or whom ever it was didn’t come off as a d******** Killed the vibe for our party the rest of the night. The sever came back and apologized for the mess up with the room but he’s not who we were upset with. Good customer service skills and a simple apology for the mess up would have made a world of a difference. It’s not that hard.

First time visiting! I did my research but wasn't sure what to expect. There was an open space with the bar. There were at least four private rooms too. I had a Ball plus a mini concert!! I got in 13 songs which included 2 duets. I even got to do a song I'd Never found at karaoke!! The bartender was Awesome! I forget her name but she hooked the drinks up. And she did some songs too. Would definitely come back if I visit Virginia Beach again.

Too bright now. Lights are all on. Food selection was better before COVID. Waiter was not very attentive. Not as mant songs as before.

Came here for a private party and will not be returning due to ridiculous alcohol pricing. As shown on the attached receipt, THEY CHARGE FOR ICE. Even after multiple attempts of explanation and two "free" drinks from the manager on duty, I left feeling like I had just been taken advantage of.Also none of the employees wore masks.

Had a really good time... Although the music selection is a bit outdated and the system is kinda internationally based, but overall my kids had a great time! Would definitely go back.

The venue is nice…the food is good…but I booked for 14 people and the room was clearly over crowded…I had 3 people to leave and go to the bar because the room was too hot and crowded…..also the mics in the room needed batteries…..the concept is great….but “quality control” is very important….if you

So I drove down to VA beach and my family decided to do Karaoke here. We tried to switch to a smaller room and see if the fee we my aunt paid could be applied to towards our food bill because we planned to order lots of food for 6 people. They wouldn’t accommodate us. Specifically the bartender Cali McClaire(not sure if that’s the correct spelling) she told us that she couldn’t provide a manager contact number or email for the company which is weird because every company at least has a company email that a manager has access too. She stated they do not give refunds and you would have to cancel within 72 hours. We literally made the reservation within 24 hours ago so how could we possibly cancel within 72 hours? I just don’t understand how you would decline a few hundred dollars worth of service over just accommodating a room switch which was available, now you get no service and a bad review. I now see why no one was inside the establishment because the service was horrible and they only had 3 staff. Cali also mentioned that the other locations have more customers because they have more staff. Let’s not forget that we asked for a manager and the bar tender came out and said their manager Amy (Chang I believe) was not available nor could she provide information to contact them. Also we booked the service online and they still needed a credit card to go on file. Our credit card is clearly on file if we booked online so why is it that they needed another? At this point the service was horrible and I would suggest to NEVER book online in less than 72 hours I guess because they will not give you your money back. They didn’t even want to give us their full names which is very shady. As a manager myself with employees I would never allow this to happen and my team would have been trained to be more polite when it comes to providing customer service to the individuals who are trying to support my business!

This place used to be such a great spot. Now things have changed. There's new staff and not only are they rude, they're also disrespectful and lazy. They act like you're waiting on them versus them waiting on you. I sadly will not be returning here due to my last couple experiences. Instead of being a place that I could leave after having fun with friends, it turned into a spot I left disappointed and angry at the way I've been treated. They also have an app for points that they will refuse to scan. Wish it didn't turn into such a mess of an establishment.

DO NOT PREPAY ONLINE. Prepaid for a booth over Labor Day Weekend and ending up not staying due to poor customer service. Definitely reconsider this place as an option.

Adding gratuity to everyone that walks into the bar because people aren't tipping your bar and waitress staff is a little hard to believe! First I was told was because I was In the room.. which we were in there for 15 mins maybe. I went to the bar to order my drinks. And when the male server came back to the room to give the people that were in the room their checks he handed me mine. I was in there probably 4 minutes if that. I told him I just got here and I had a tab at the bar. So he took the check back. I ordered another beer and a bottle of sake to go. Wait let me back up... when I went to the bar the 2nd time to order a drink the bartender didn't "see me" I guess so I had to say hey can I get another beer... mind you the bar wasn't busy... so I get the check. Its 46.39. With no Itemized receipt. So I asked for that and see grat added on... hmm why? She said cuz I was in the room.. I wSnt in there long. And then it was because no one is tipping... I've worked in hospitality and restaurants for over 20 years. And me personally I don't add it and just take my chances. Well I would have tipped more. And the fact that I didn't get an Itemized receipt is the BIG hmm ? you are adding gratuity to people's checks and not telling them! There's rules to that! You have to tell your customers that gratuity is added!!! I understand that times are tough! But don't steal from your customers!

I love this place, best kareoke spot definitely. The staff works really hard but 4 stars instead of 5 because wish there were healthier menu options.
