It was my birthday and both my greeter (didn't catch her name but she was sweet) and server, Shelby, made sure to say happy birthday, made me an extra special cocktail and made sure I went home with some cheesecake for dessert! Our food was fantastic, thanks chef keon!! Our experience was amazing. Thanks so much!!!

We came for lunch. We were greeted and seated promptly by the hostess. It wasn't long until a server came for our drink order, and that's when the service ended. It took forever to get our drinks and another 20 min to see another server, which came to collect our lunch order. The food (a salad with salmon and a burger) took 40 minutes to receive. We did not see a server again until we flagged someone down for the check. While my salad (salmon) was good, the burger was dry as a result of being overcooked, and the amount of time we spent in there for lunch was ridiculous. I'm not sure what was happening, but they were not busy enough to even begin to warrant the lack of customer service we received.
Food and overall experience was beyond 5 stars. Our server Melynda helped take it beyond that. Very satisfied!

A VISIT IS IN ORDER AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. Went in, just to have a quick drink, and I will say time well spent. Even though I didn't eat, my margarita was one of the best. Thanks to the bartender, Tanya(ask for her), for my slamming drinks! I will definitely be back and get food this time.

We were staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton and really enjoyed the Happy/Social hour that was hosted by Arbuckle’s. Each hotel guest got a drink card that gives you 2 free drinks everyday day that you stay at the hotel. The social hour was so fun, especially for my grandparents who like to people watch. My grandad especially enjoyed the beer on tap and light snacks. The, free social hour drink list was the usual basic wines & beers. I was excited that they offered a mixed drink upon request in addition to the beers and wines for social hour. The mixed drink was so festive with orange, pink and red coloring. Perfect for holidays at the beach! The staff was very busy due to the holidays but was very accommodating with requests. My grandma is handicap and in a wheelchair, so staff made sure we had room to push her wheelchair through the dinning room and brought plates when needed.

The couple who arrived 30 minutes after we did got served their food before we did. My burger was overcooked and I never received a replacement. Tacos are good and I guess the wings were good. Do not order the Rhode Island calamari. There is nothing Rhode Island about their style.
