Just left this restaurant and saw the manager (white lady) yelling extremely loud at the young man working the front counter. I felt really bad for him and almost spoke up for him because she was screaming so loudly at him, she kind of jumped at him i’m surprised Arby’s let someone as unprofessional and unhinged like that oversee employees.

It's time for a remodel of this location, food is ok nothing special. Fish sandwich is the reason I stop in to get, which was great, then I stop by another time to retry the roast beef and it wasn't as great tasting as it use to be. The crinkle fries were over salted.

This place is so gross and when I. Mentioned it I was told to get out in not so nice words I'm upset strictly because when one is trying to be polite and Mention that it's pretty bad maybe you may need to listen a little I love the brand Arby's and I'm aware this is not to standards I will not recommend this

Such a nice woman. Dining room was closing in a couple of minutes, but the nice woman let me dine inside. Couldn't take being in the car anymore.Greek gyro may not be the best, but it is consistent. Try finding an open Greek restaurant at 9pm on a Sunday. Curly fries always rule.She was cleaning the Dining room and kudos for her keeping the place tidy.I'd go back, just for the curly fries AND THE MEATS!

0 stars should be an option. As much as I love Arby's roast beef, today I experienced the absolute rudest customer service. I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order, the lady says to hold on for a moment. After 5 mins of nothing, I said how much longer do we have to wait, there are now other cars behind me? A different voice, yells back with a very nasty attitude saying 'just a few more minutes ma'am, we had a couple of large orders we need to get out!!" I then responded with oh, because I didn't know why I was waiting so long." No response to that. I pulled off. I can take my business elsewhere because if you responded that way to me, there's no telling what you would've done to my food. They offer Star service courses for many companies, Arby's on the blvd near Aragona, invest in that!

I will never go to this particular Arby's again, if, if I ever go back to one. Tried to order on the app to get the discounts, which they recommend. The app was down, so proceeded to store and explained the app was down and wanted to order the particular items. They advised they knew the app was down, but would not honor the prices. We ordered anyway, but when we were thru, the bill was $27.82. That was for a reg sandwich, a French dip, 2 order of fries and 2 shakes. We questioned the price, but got no reasonable response. I could have gotten a nice steak in a sit down restaurant where they treat people like you are someone, instead of a fast food joint where you take the food home and the employees don't give a rats patuddy. Wrote corporate about the situation and have yet to hear anything. Been over a week now. Just like their employees, they don't give a rats patuddy. Customers be aware.

Worst Experience ever. Indian River Road, Kempsriver Shopping Area. First at 6:30pm Door was locked. Drive thru open, waited 15 minutes to order, with 2 cars ahead of me, another 10 minutes to get the food and everything was COLD. I have been going there for years, even used to work there. No Shakes. Maybe should have shut the lights and went. No receipt to give comments to.
