Rude. They do the bare minimum. I have placed three large orders around $200 or more over the last few months. I have done this at both locations. When I came to pick up an order at the Pembroke location, which had been sitting on the counter, the girl gestured with a nod, not even offering to help me get it out to my car. Thankfully as I struggled at the door, another kind of patron came in and offered to help me carry it out to my car. Azar's at hilltop is really no better. I recently placed a very large order and asked if they could add extra information to the delivery that would help the driver, like the name of the recipient in their phone number. The Azar's girl told me that once the delivery is placed it goes to a third party and there's no way to add information. I asked if she could just write on the order the name of the recipient? She made it seem like a big deal. The doordash driver did end up having to call me because she couldn't get a hold of the recipient. A little customer service would go a long way!! Azar's is RUDE!!!

We used to order carry out from Azar's weekly but lately it's just not as fresh. Tonight, we decided to give it a try again and ordered our usuals carry out. My husband's chicken gyro had a bone shard in it. Thank goodness he didn't break his tooth but he sliced his gum open. I called to tell them that they need to check their chicken. The girl tells me that THEY KNOW there are bone shards in the chicken because when they cook their chicken ONCE A WEEK, it's from real chicken. Like it being real chicken makes it okay that A.) sometimes we might be eating week old chicken and B.) there might be bone shards in it. She claims they have a disclaimer on their menu warning there may be bone shards in their food which is crazy to me. I went back and checked their online menu and didn't see it. They refunded my order but I'm really disappointed because I used to rave and recommend Azar's any chance I got. Now they're on the banned list.

DELICIOUS is an understatement and I got my order to go! The food was so fresh and it delivered on flavor, the HUMMUS was soooooo addicting. I will be back even though getting there with all that construction was not convenient, but it was way worth it⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place gets a bad rap and they shouldn't. Their other location across town is considered better. But this place is just as good. After all, it's the same food. The only thing is hummus and a few cold items are made at their original location daily. Other things like their middle eastern inspired pizzas, burgers, wraps are made here. This place is actually Lebanese, but when you mention Middle Eastern foods, part of Italy, Palestine, Greece, Turkey are extremely close in menu items but their spice are slightly different. After all it's the Middle Eastern region. Just because some of their items are made at the original ( that kitchen is bigger), and from my understanding. Azar's started out as a catering business, was super popular then moved to Hilltop location, because their dining room at their original location can't handle heavy traffic. From my understanding it's an order, pick up and take it to go. To be honest, since the foods the same, and this place definitely has the indoor and outdoor seating, give it a try.

I am so happy I came across Azars. I usually come here for lunch and their food is always excellent and staff is friendly and professional. From their wrap, salads, tawook..everything is delicious and at a good price.Parking: Plenty of parking in front and behind building. Four rows of parking spaces and plenty more throughout the plaza.
Food is excellent and service is too. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to eat a healthy meal at a good price and speedy, friendly service.
