I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this place got under my skin. Ordered the light roast listed on the menu, they didn’t have it. Clerk gestured at a pump pot saying they only had one roast of brewed coffee. Ok, I took what they had at $6 for a medium….. Clerk said “can I have a name for the order?” for coffee in a pump pot 3 feet away seems kinda silly… couple minutes later my coffee came up. Lukewarm at best and full of grinds. Would not recommend. Got better service and cheaper coffee at a Target Starbucks the day before. This place wouldn’t last a week in NY.
