We came to Ballyhoos because it was recommended by various friends of ours. Their website clearly states that they are open until 2:00 AM. We arrived around 12:30 AM, and were immediately approached by one of the blonde, female bartenders, who told us that they were now closed, and were no longer serving anyone, implying that we had to leave. Because of this, we had to stand outside in the rain for over twenty minutes waiting for an Uber to pick us up, as the same bartender and others continued to serve seeming "insiders" for the entire duration of our time standing outside. At one point, these insiders who were still there being served, as well as the very bartenders who told us we wouldn't be served, were looking at us standing outside in the rain and laughing at us. I'm a local attorney in the area who simply expects hospitality and simple courtesy from any local establishment, and I can honestly say that I've never experienced worse service than what my friends and I received tonight at Ballyhoos. It was a truly disappointing experience, given the great recommendations we originally received. My friends and I will be sharing this horrid experience with anyone who asks about this place, moving forward. If I had the option to give no stars, I would.

I was here with friends for St. Patrick's Day! I had fried shrimp and it was ok. It was over fried. The other dish was ok too, nothing special! Too many chips not enough guacamole!

I went here for my 10 year reunion. We had the wings, spring rolls, and Pork Sliders. It was great and the drinks were good too. Enjoyed the bartenders - they handled our party like champs. It is a great venue for live music. After our reunion it turned into an open dance floor with a DJ - not sure if this is a weekly thing! It has two sides so there is a separation from the events / live music. Both areas have a bar! Recommend for a weekend hangout for sure.

Went there last night and the bartender was extremely rude. she demanded moretip and seemed very annoyed that we were there. the website said that they close at 2 am and we were there around 10:30/11 ish. got my drink and left. awful service. The bartenders should have better mannerism because they were beyond rude. i’ve been here before with no problems and i really enjoy the night life they offer, but i will be turning around if that bartender is working.

Went there for my 21st birthday and the bar tender was so rude to all of us and told my friends to tip her more tonight because she thought they were underaged. It ruined my night out. Also they closed at 11 instead of 2am cause it said they closed at 2 on the website. I can’t believe they were so rude to use right off the bat. Make sure your bar tenders have better customer service.

Work holiday party was scheduled but due to a lack of communication the staff had no idea we were coming. Even with that, the service was amazing, the food was delicious, and the hospitality was superb! Our servers were absolutely wonderful! Great experience!
