Run here, don't walk, food is amazing!!! After days of looking for good food, I finally found something worth spending my money on and I will be back for sure.
Never again! TERRIBLE customer service. We went on 4/4/24 and had one person in line ahead of us. We both placed our orders, The first family got theirs and shortly after another party walked in and ordered, then a few minutes later another party walked in. About 10 minutes later another party walks in. The last party to walk in got their food The third party to walk in got their food. When I ask the cashier about our order I was first told that they did not have the slice of pizza that I ordered then I was told she did not know what the guy in the back was doing "he's back there by himself". At this point we had been waiting at least 30 minutes so I asked for a refund. I was told by the cashier that they could not do refunds and told by the guy in the back to call my bank to get my money back.

Ordered 2 slices of cheese, 1 cheese cake (must be girls first night) she didn't know how to charge for cheese cakeReceived cheese cake and one slice waited and waited and waited finally I went and informed them I was missing a slice of pizzaFor ever later I got the boxWent back to my hotelThe pizza wasn't all the way cooked and we found a piece of metal in one slice.

April 3 2024: Worst service I ever had today. I was so embarrassed. My first time at the restaurant. I wait for the cashier to come from the back with visibly dirty hands. I ask him how much a slice cost. He goes “how much it say on the menu?” So I look at the menu and ask about the special (2 slices get a free drink mon -thurs) today is Wednesday so I asked if I could order that for me and my children and he goes “I’m not doing that special today” with a very mean look as he was texting on his phone. This all happened in front of a restaurant full of ppl sitting down eating and my children. I told the cashier that I was going to eat at another restaurant he seem like he was busy. And left. That guy didn’t seem to be wrap to tight didn’t want any problems in front of my kids. He was so mean and rude.

Took my kids there a bit later for dinner. It's just a hole in the wall, not a restaurant. They had ran out of almost everything my kids wanted to order. And then when we finally did order, it took forever for them to make it.Won't be going back there again.

So, I was starving at 1 am and this was the only place open. Surprisingly, the food was really good. It came out really fast too. I'm not from around here, but I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Virginia.

The sauce for the calzone was bland. Calzone itself was ok. Meatball sub was full of juice. Definitely not homemade meatballs . Couldn't eat the lasagna. Told them on the order we need silverware. We are at a resort. None was provided. Now I have a $15 dinner I can't eat. Would not recommend.

Visited 10/13/23 we went for dessert. I had the funnel cake. I added strawberry (turned out to be just sauce & not whole strawberries as pictured )& coffee ice cream on top. I purposely chose the coffee ice cream because it was a brand new container.
