Food was good BUT I thought it was a little pricey for 2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, and a drink. Sorry, I don’t think I’ll go back again.

As 5 Stars as 5 Stars GetsThe Mac N Cheese is maybe the best around anywhere I've been all over the country. It's soooo good.The Greens were such a pleasant surprise. Kale but prepared like collards. Soft and delicious.The Fried Chicken is truly unique and again absolutely delicious. It has this special dark crispy skin that is one of a kind.Never ever a bad meal here. Nice staff and a clean, wonderful location.Well done always Bobo's.

I came because of a food vlogger, Yummo Bucko, and I must say that I am highly satisfied. I came for the Mac and cheese and the service and food was so good that I decided to come back the same day lol. When I came back the lady at the window remembered me(I had the yellow and black dress and I switched out my greens for Mac and cheese.) the sauces for the tenders are soooo good, the Mac, sooo good, the tea, sooooo good. I tell you what, y’all have a customer in me.

Chicken and chicken lovers were tasty as always. Macaroni and cheese is amazing. Atmosphere needs some work. Feels like a fast food restaurant. We were disappointed that they did not have collard greens on the menu anymore.

I got the two piece white. The breast came out almost black solid with no give. I returned to the front and complained. Like a minute later. I guess the cook comes back with my box and shoves it towards me and said that’s the way we cook chicken with our seasonings. I’m like I can’t eat that I broke the piece in front of him and there was no juice coming out and was stringy. He took back and lady maybe owner came in back with a new box that was better. Lighter in color and juicy when pulled apart.. The Brunswick stew was missing something but decent. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good. I don’t know what makes it Norfolk potato salad but at the very least they started with prepackaged product and maybe added some parsley. Drink cups were small too. I don’t recommend.
