I loved Bojangles until they tried to charge me $4+ for an order of fries! Is there a potato shortage I'm unaware of? Have they started filling the bag like Five Guys? This was kot a large fry either, it was a single serving.

The food and customer service in the restaurant were ok but I was double charged because their card reader froze then when they reset it and told me to try again it said declined then I tried again and it said declined. I paid in cash but when my mother used her card for her order but she didn't have any issues. When I checked my bank account right after I got back to my hotel room and it showed that I was charged once. I called my bank and the bojangles and was told the same things, I have to wait for a refund.

Waited on an order from 4:11pm to 4:35pm, the young people there, was a MESS, the gentleman that was cleaning gloves on, he was very manner able, the women had no gloves on serving the food, an older couple came in just about the same time I did, their food was turned over in their bags, ??♀️ juice from the bags were leaking everywhere, WHEWWW WHAT AN EXPERIENCE
One of my favorite places to eat. I rated 3 stars for the food because sometimes it isn't fresh and the biscuits are too

I am adding this review based off my recent experiences when ordering delivery from Bojangles. I ordered delivery from here today and purchased 2 orders of the 3 piece wing dinner. When the order arrived I was missing one of the dinners and for the one I received it didn’t contain 3 wings. It had 1 leg and 2 breasts. I was not notified or asked if I wanted to change the chicken. I should’ve been given the option and I can’t necessarily put it on the delivery driver because I also do Uber deliveries and there are times where the restaurant would change the customers order and even I wouldn’t know. Thankfully Uber gave me a compete refund, but that also means I won’t be ordering from here again for quite awhile because they have a lot of improving to do!

Worst establishment when it comes to customer service I wouldn’t recommend anyone if u want to be treated with human decency every time I come the employees seem more concerned about there conversations then getting the order right , always rude if u don’t want to work there then just don’t work there !!!! I will never come back again !!!!girl that does drive thru always has a attitude & will close the window just to talk mess I asked for a water cup for my son and sometimes order chicken and just get the nastiest attitudes I understand it can be frustrating when prices change and explaining to customers that it isn’t the same price but you don’t have to be rude and get some professionalism or fast food is the only place you’ll ever work ?

This is my second time went to Bojangle's. my order was chicken sandwich and SMALL fries... The cashier said we have medium fries and I asked for SMALL fries and she said got to have combo.... I don't want combo to go with drink. I don't drink soda and tea anymore.... so I left empty hand.... Dont waste your time to get sandwich and small fries, don't go there for the meal you want... find somewhere els.... They want your and our money......

For a fried chicken fast food chain, the consistency of Cajun seasoned…well everything is always a good choice. Nothing fancy. Nothing over the top. Just good fried chicken.
