Food was very good, but the extremely high wait time, towards the end of their open hours, when it wasn't busy, was disappointing. Took nearly an hour to get two omelettes. Don't expect to get a quick bite to eat here.

Now this was a tough one! The place is cute. Clean bathrooms...everyone in my party ordered something different. Pizza, burger, and sandwiches. I had the Royal Bavarian. It was good but hard to eat. Maybe it's just because I don't have "food class". Let me tell you my issue... aside from the fact that the place is a little pricey-(48.00 for pizza and a sandwich) I ordered fries but the waitress gave me chips. When I told her she agreed she got it wrong. She took my plated food back to the kitchen, and came back with only my sandwich on a plate later bringing my fries. So, WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CHIPS? I hope they didn't serve them to someone else! But if they were going to throw them out why didn't they just leave them. After all the waitress made the mistake! That bothered me!!!! While the others with me also thought that was strange... they thought their food was good.

We just waited an hour to get sandwiches! Got there at 12:15 and didn’t get served until 1:15 then had to wait 15 minutes for our check. The sandwiches are good but not worth the wait! It was lunch! We have been several times but this is our last.

My husband and I visited this restaurant on a night when they started hosting music. Unfortunately, the kitchen was backed up, so it took a longer than expected time to get our food. Since we were not starving, we didn't make a big deal about it. But under normal circumstances, I think we would have been annoyed and might have left. Anyways, while we waited, we got a small bread basket. The bread was freshly baked and quite yummy with a pat of butter. My husband order the Cheeseburger, and I ordered the gyro sandwich. Both sandwiches came on a pita 'bun' with was different for us. Maybe 3 of my homemade chips were crispy. But for the most part, they were all limp. Overall, the ambience was welcoming and the staff were friendly. Our little server barely checked on us. I had to wave her down, but like I said taking in to consideration what was going on that night, I think we will try to visit on a night with no music.

We were a group of 4. We ordered stuff cabbage, pancakes, half a sandwich with soup, and a full sandwich with soup. We waited over an hour for our food. When we received our food, we received half a sandwich instead of a full sandwich as the waitress claimed, “I assumed that you wanted a half sandwich”. However, this was not the waitress that took our order. One person did not eat all their stuffed cabbage because she did not like the taste. The waitress took her cabbage away and we overheard the waitress and the chef speaking and he said, “Box it up and I will take it home.” When we mentioned how disgusting that was, the waitress claimed, “We would never do that.” The atmosphere was not great, the service was close, and the idea of someone taking food that we already ate (not to mention this person started feeling sick while eating the food) is completely disgusting and not appropriate for a food establishment to do. The health services will be contacted because that is disgusting and who knows how clean they are. If I could do 0 stars I would.

Love the cozy vibe, the new extra room is great. Very nice menu, fresh bread and lovely soups. But the food is salty, chips over seasoned. Better to let the customers apply the salting!
